On the proposition of the Mayor, seconded by Councillor Mrs Geer, it was unanimously

RESOLVED – that the Minutes of the Meeting held on 3rd December 2020 be approved and signed as a true record.

Councillor Reverend Reed abstained from the vote as he had not been present at the meeting.

192. Cornwall Councillors’ Observations

As a member of the West Sub-Area Planning Committee, the Mayor reserved the right to change his view on an application in light of additional information at the time of the Cornwall Council Planning Committee meeting.

194. Cornwall Council Climate Emergency Development Plan (DPD) proposed Renewable Energy & Sustainable Construction Policy and Evidence

Members considered the proposed changes to the Renewable Energy & Sustainable Construction Policy (circulated prior to the meeting) following a brief debate it was proposed by the Mayor, seconded by the Councillor Mrs Geer, and unanimously

RESOLVED – that the response, as agreed, be submitted to Cornwall Council.

195. Neighbourhood Planning Policy

Members considered the Porthleven Neighbourhood Planning Policy and on the proposition of the Mayor, seconded by the Chair, it was unanimously
