1. Add Events to Previous Registration – After 5/7/17  See the Alumni Events Team at a reunion check-in (times and locations listed on agenda)  Additional events/guests will be added on a space available basis. 2. Alumni Center & Gift Shop, Herbert Hall  Sunday, May 21: Closed  Monday, May 22-Thursday, May 25: 10:00am – 6:00 pm  Friday, May 26: 10:00am – 5:00 pm  Saturday, May 27: 7:00am – 4:00pm  Sunday, May 28th – 12:00pm – 4:00pm  Graduates attending the reunion will receive a 10% discount on gift shop items. Please show your reunion name badge to the cashier. 3. Attendee List  If you wish to see which classmates have signed up for the reunion, an Attendee List is available on the reunion website. This list is updated approximately every two weeks and shows just the main registrant, not guests. To confirm your attendance for the reunion, see (Register (How To & Important Dates)) below.

Sunday Welcome Reception: Casual . Men, slacks and . Women, slacks/, / or a dress. Monday Dedication Ceremony and Ike Hall Events: Casual dress. Men - slacks and . Women - casual / or slacks. Monday Class Dinner: Casual dress. Same as Sunday. Tuesday Alumni Exercises, Cadet Review, Lunch in Mess Hall, and Memorial Service: Graduates – parade : Dark blue/black with Class Crest on pocket (if you have one), Khaki , White shirt with tie (Class tie if you have one) and the 50th reunion which you will receive at registration. Spouses – casual dresses/skirts or slacks. All other guests – . Tuesday Class Dinner: formal program celebration of the class. Men - and tie. Women - dressy skirt/top or a dress.

Business Casual Attire: slacks with open collared shirt and or sports coat for men; slacks with blouse, skirt and blouse, or pants for women. Casual Attire: khakis or good , cargo or , , turtleneck, casual button- down shirt and/or sweater for men; , long or short skirt, khakis or good jeans, shorts, polo shirt, turtleneck, casual button-down blouse for women.

Comfortable walking and rain gear are suggested for the entire reunion.

5. Bus Transportation  Bus transportation is suggested for Westchester Marriott hotel guests.  One ticket includes round trip from hotel to West Point and back to the hotel.  Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure to begin boarding the buses.  Buses will depart once full.  We will have multiple buses for each bus movement, please do not leave your belongings on the bus as you may not come back to the same bus  Monday Bus to West Point o All buses depart the hotel at 8:45 am o All buses return to the hotel at 3:00 pm  Tuesday Bus to West Point o All buses depart the hotel at 8:15 am [unless the parade is cancelled, and then they will begin boarding at 9:55 am and depart at 10:25 am. o All buses return to the hotel at 3:15 after the Memorial Service 6. Cancellation Timeline (Reunion)  Cancel on or before 5/7/17 o Refund for individual events & meals. o Registration fee not refunded. o Memorabilia will be mailed to you after the reunion  Cancel after 5/7/17 and through reunion: o All refunds for individual events & meals on a case-by-case basis decided after the reunion. Cancellations (Reunion – How to)  To cancel an event, a guest’s attendance, or the reunion completely - contact the WPAOG Event Team: [email protected] or 845.446.1649. 8. Class and West Point Gear (Memorabilia)  Orders were due by March 3  If attending the reunion and placing your order online, when you get to the “Member Checkout” screen, select “In-Store Pickup” as your Shipping Option. In-store pick up is the same as picking up at the reunion.  You will receive your items at the reunion (May 21-24). The pick-up schedule will be listed on the reunion agenda.  If not attending the reunion, orders will be mailed after the reunion. 10. Confirmation of Registration  When you complete registration by submitting your credit card information, you will receive a confirmation message in your web browser. You will also receive this same confirmation in an email to the email address you used to register. Please keep this confirmation for your records; however, you will not need it to check-in for the reunion. The subject of the confirmation email is “Class of 1967 Reunion – May 21-24, 2017” and the sender is [email protected], so if you are having trouble locating your confirmation, you can do a search of those key words. If you still can’t find it, please email the WPAOG Alumni Events team at [email protected] and request it be sent again. Please mention your name and class year when writing to them. 11. Dietary Restrictions  If your allergy is not listed, select “Other” and type your allergies in the comments section. The Events Team will review your needs and contact you if we have any questions. 13. Entering West Point  Starting June 7, 2016, visitors 17 years of age and above without a valid (not expired) Department of Defense issued identification card must report to the Visitor Control Center at 2107 New South Post Road, West Point N.Y. 10996 to conduct a NCIC-III background check prior to entering the installation in accordance with DOD Directive 2014-05.  All visitors without a valid DOD ID card must present a valid form of identification to enter West Point; click here to view the current list of approved state driver’s licenses. If you do not have an approved license, you will be required to show another valid form of identification, such as a passport, to enter post.

 Alumni Luncheon: Roasted Turkey Breast with Gravy, Roasted Red Potatoes, Petite Green Beans, Tossed Salad, Dinner Rolls/Butter, Cheesecake, Iced Tea, and Coffee.  Class Dinner (Plated): Poached Cod and Grilled Filet Mignon, Mediterranean Salad, Chef’s Selection of Fresh Seasonal Vegetables and Accompaniments, Selection of Breads and Rolls, Strawberry and Pistachio Mousse, Coffee, Decaffeinated Coffee, Herbal Teas, Iced Tea, Assorted Soft Drinks and Cash Bar.

Parking on West Point  Parking passes are not issued to visitors except on football game Saturdays.  Parking is extremely limited in the Central Post area of West Point, the vicinity of the academic buildings and barracks. Parking in this area requires a staff/faculty parking decal.

Class of 1967 – 50th Reunion FAQ  Parking is generally available in the following areas: Buffalo Soldier Field, old PX parking lot (near the cemetery, K Lot on the West Point Map), Visitors Center (West Point Museum Parking), and near Gillis Field House.  Allow plenty of time to walk to your destination since there is no longer a post shuttle.  West Point does not issue handicap or special parking passes, so please bring your own handicap placard to access handicap parking spots. Handicapped parking spots are available with a permit or plates for people with disabilities but only in non-designated CPA parking lots. Spots are first- come, first-served. 17.  The Cadet Barracks, Cadet Mess, Academic Buildings, and Flirtation Walk are off limits.  Reminder - All Graduates and their guests must wear their reunion name tag at all times while in the Cadet Area 18. Register (How To and Important Dates)  Click on “REGISTER” at the top of the reunion website or “Online Registration” beside Step 2.  Fill out all information under Registrant’s Information, especially required information annotated with *.  Input 1 for your Registration Fee category: Graduate Registration Fee or SFM Registration Fee.  Graduates attending with your wife, please put a 1 for Wife Registration Fee.  If you are a graduate attending the reunion with other family members and friends, please put the appropriate number for Guest Fee.  Input the number attending each reunion event  If you are bringing guests, fill out your guest(s)’ First and Last Names and West Point Class Year (if applicable). If you have more than 5 guests, fill out a word document or excel spreadsheet with your guests’ names and upload it using the link at the bottom.  Once you have completed your online registration form, select “continue.”

Class of 1967 – 50th Reunion FAQ o If you have not filled in all the required information (*) you will not proceed to the next page, and you will get a pop up letting you know which fields you still need to complete. Select “OK,” fill in the missing information, then select “continue.”  Fill out your billing information and select “submit.”  You will receive a confirmation message in the next web browser. You will also receive this same confirmation in an email to the address you used to register. Please keep this confirmation for your records; however, you will not need it to check-in for the reunion.  The transaction for the reunion will look like this on your credit card statement: BLK*WPAOG - ALUMNI SUP 845-446-1596 CA  Register by April 9 for a free copy of the Reunion Yearbook produced by Freed.  Registration closes Sunday, May 7 at 10:00 pm EST. 19. Registration & Guest Fee  There are 3 Registration Types for this reunion and all fees cover a nametag and lanyard: o Graduate Registration Fee ($165), includes Ex-Cadets and Honorary Members; Registration fee covers memorabilia (class , USMA 67 Medallion, and Reunion Yearbook (if you register by April 9)) and reunion overhead (admin costs, general hotel costs, gifts for Class Aides, etc.) o Wife Registration Fee ($45); Registration fee covers a bracelet. o SFM Registration Fee ($45); Registration fee covers a bracelet and Reunion Yearbook (if you register by April 9).  Guest Fee ($5) includes other family members or friends of the Class of 1967 20. Reunion Events in chronological order (for times and locations – see the reunion schedule online)  Sunday Welcome Reception & Dinner Buffet, Monday Class Dinner, and Tuesday Class Dinner o seating will be open for all evening meals at the Westchester Marriott  Tuesday Alumni Exercises & Cadet Review o Alumni Exercises or the March to Thayer is for graduates only. Guests will sit in Sections G & H during the parade. o For those graduates who do not wish to assemble on Thayer Walk/the Plain before the Review, you may sit in the bleachers (Sections G & H) until the Cadets are on the field and then walk onto the field from the bleachers to reduce the amount of standing time. o For those that wish to assemble on Thayer Walk before the Review, please note that the total standing time is approximately 2 hours (including Parade time). We will have some folding chairs available on the parade field. o A weather call will be made for the Alumni Exercises and Cadet Review around 8:30 am. Call 845.938.7000 for an update on the parade. o If the review is cancelled the buses will leave the hotel around 10:45 am. If the review is cancelled, the class photo will also be cancelled and your money will be refunded. The lunch in the Cadet Mess Hall will go on as scheduled.  Tuesday Class Photo o Photo will be taken in the Review Stands after the Cadet Review and include all Graduates and Guests.

Class of 1967 – 50th Reunion FAQ o Photos will be shipped after the reunion. o Prices on the registration form include shipping and handling. o The photo is 8”x32”. The matted and framed photo is 14”x38”. o If the parade is cancelled, the photo will be cancelled, and those who ordered a photo will be refunded.  Tuesday Alumni Lunch o The meal is in the Mess Hall and served 12:15-1:15 pm. o After the parade and class photo, go directly to the mess hall to your designated wing and fill tables (11 people per table) back to front. . A Cadet has been requested to sit at each table, so though the tables have place settings for 12, only 11 reunion attendees will be seated at each table. o The meal is served “family-style.” o Listen to announcements in the mess hall and help your classmates and their guests find empty seats.  Tuesday Class Dinner o seating is TBD 21.
