We are recruiting bank workers to work across our various mental health services.

Oak House & Leylands are CQC registered residential recovery services for clients with mental health issues based in Burgess Hill.
Willow House & Station Road are temporary accommodation for homeless adults based in Burgess Hill
New England Road is a 4-bed temporary accommodation for homeless adults based Haywards Heath
Community Recovery Support Service workers primarily provide support for people with mental health conditions so that they can remain living independently in their own homes. This service operates in Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and Crawley.
In all of our services we do not provide personal care but in our residential services you will be expected to administer medication, but full training will be provided. Job Summary
Staff support clients to develop and build on their existing living skills, in order to become more independent and move on to less supported accommodation at the end of their placement. Also, to support clients to retain or remain living independently in their own homes. Staff work in conjunction with other professionals to equip clients with the skills and motivation to become more independent and better able to manage their mental health.

Salary
Our hourly rate is £10.66 per hour Monday to Saturday and for Sundays/Bank Holidays £11 per hour.
Residential areas, you might be asked to do a sleep-in shift and payment for this is £50.25 per sleep in.
Rates are inclusive of Holiday pay
An employer’s pension contribution of 3% is also paid. The level of this contribution is reviewed annually
Hours of Work
As a Bank worker we have the flexibility to accommodate your needs. We can offer evening, overnight, weekends as well as the standard working Monday to Friday 9-5 working week.
Preferred patterns of work will be discussed at interview.
