BASES LEGALES DE LA PROMOCIÓN “Promoción OPPO Color Your Summer” DE BRAND-NEW WAYS COMUNICACIONES, S.L.U BASES LEGALES DE LA PROMOCIÓN “Promoción OPPO Color Your Summer” DE BRAND-NEW WAYS COMUNICACIONES, S.L.U. PRIMERA.- ENTIDAD ORGANIZADORA, ÁMBITO TERRITORIAL, TEMPORAL Y PARTICIPANTES La mercantil BRAND-NEW WAYS COMUNICACIONES, S.L.U. (en adelante, “OPPO”) con domicilio social en Paseo de la Castellana 216, Bajo A, 28046 Madrid y con NIF B-88015383, es la entidad organizadora que desarrollará la promoción denominada “OPPO Color Your Summer”, bajo la modalidad de “regalo directo”, en relación con los smartphones OPPO A74 5G, OPPO A94 5G y OPPO Find X3 Pro, cuando resulten adquiridos por usuarios finales (personas físicas y jurídicas que actúen como consumidores) mayores de edad residentes en España y Andorra, durante el periodo de vigencia y en los canales adheridos a la presente promoción, que a continuación se definen, y en las condiciones que más abajo se detallan (en adelante, la “Promoción”). La presente Promoción es de ámbito nacional (España y Andorra), tiene carácter gratuito, es acumulable con cualquier otra oferta y/o promoción salvo indicación expresa en contra y se encuentra sujeta a lo dispuesto en las presentes bases legales (en adelante, las “Bases”), registradas ante notario y disponibles en la página web www.oppopromociones.com/coloryoursummer. SEGUNDA.- OBJETO El objeto de la presente Promoción es incentivar la compra de los smartphones OPPO A74 5G, OPPO A94 5G y OPPO Find X3 Pro por usuarios finales en los canales especificados que se adhieren a la Promoción en estas Bases, no siendo válidos a efectos de la Promoción los smartphones OPPO A74 5G, OPPO A94 5G y OPPO Find X3 Pro comprados a través de distribuidores no autorizados o de canales distintos de los definidos. TERCERA.- REGALOS El regalo, si el usuario final cumple los requisitos de validación definidos en las presentes Bases, consistirá en: - Por la compra de un smartphone OPPO A74 5G: unos Auriculares OPPO Enco Buds (W12) valorado en hasta 49 EUR (IVA incluido). - Por la compra de un smartphone OPPO A94 5G: unos Auriculares OPPO Enco Air (W32) valorado en hasta 79 EUR (IVA incluido). - Por la compra de un smartphone OPPO Find X3 Pro: un Smartwatch OPPO Watch 46mm valorado en hasta 399 EUR (IVA incluido). Dicho regalo en ningún caso podrá ser objeto de cambio, alteración, compensación en metálico o cesión a petición de los participantes. Así mismo queda prohibida la comercialización y/o venta del regalo. Cualquier reclamación relacionada con la garantía del fabricante y respecto a los regalos objeto de esta Promoción deberá ser solventada según se describe en https://support.oppo.com/es/ y con las exclusiones previstas en https://support.oppo.com/es/warranty-policy/. En caso de fuerza mayor OPPO se reserva el derecho de sustituir los regalos anteriormente detallados por otros de semejante valor y características, sin necesidad de informar a los participantes. La participación en la Promoción estará limitada a un regalo por cada producto promocionado que adquiera un mismo participante, siempre y cuando cumpla además con todas las condiciones de las Bases. La compra de más de una unidad de los modelos de smartphone promocionados por un mismo participante dará derecho a dicho participante a obtener más de un regalo. Al regalo de esta Promoción, le serán de aplicación todas las disposiciones de carácter fiscal pertinentes según la legislación española en vigor. CUARTA.- CANALES ADHERIDOS Y DURACIÓN DE LA PROMOCIÓN Resultan canales adheridos a la presente Promoción (en adelante, los “Canales”), donde se deberán adquirir los smartphones promocionados, los definidos más abajo. Esta fecha representa la fecha límite en la que los participantes pueden inscribirse y enviar la documentación requerida para solicitar el regalo a través de la página web www.oppopromociones.com/coloryoursummer. El participante podrá solicitar el regalo correspondiente aportando la factura de compra que acredite que ha adquirido uno de los smartphones promocionados durante el Período Promocional en uno de los Canales definidos al efecto. Los registros y envíos posteriores a dicha fecha serán considerados nulos a todos los efectos, quedando el participante automáticamente excluido de la participación en esta Promoción. SEXTA.- FECHA DE SUBSANACIÓN DE ERRORES El período para presentar cualquier tipo de reclamación o subsanar defectos subsanables finalizará el 15 de septiembre de 2021 a las 23:59 h. OPPO evaluará la subsanación de errores subsanables producidos en el cumplimiento de los requisitos de la presente Promoción (errores en los cupones de participación, documentación incompleta, etc.) hasta el 15 de septiembre de 2021 a las 23:59 h., siempre y cuando se haya adquirido uno de los smartphones promocionados dentro del Período Promocional en uno de los Canales definidos al efecto, se haya enviado la referida documentación dentro del plazo estipulado y no se haya ejercido el derecho de desistimiento respecto a la compra realizada dentro del plazo legal y/o comercialmente establecidos. Así mismo, para cualquier duda o incidencia en relación al envío del regalo asociado a la Promoción o a la mecánica promocional, puede ponerse en contacto con nosotros en el número de teléfono 91 692 08 32 de lunes a viernes, en horario de 9 h. a 18 h. o mediante el envío de un correo electrónico al email [email protected]. SEPTIMA.- MECÁNICA DE PARTICIPACIÓN Podrán participar en la presente Promoción todas aquellas personas físicas y jurídicas (que actúen estas últimas como consumidores con un propósito ajeno a su actividad comercial) mayores de 18 años y residentes en España y/o Andorra, que adquieran un smartphone OPPO A74 5G, OPPO A94 5G u OPPO Find X3 Pro en uno de los Canales definidos al efecto y dentro del ámbito territorial y temporal anteriormente indicados, en cuyo caso obtendrán el regalo descrito anteriormente en los términos de las presentes Bases.

These processors enable feature-rich 4K HDR video and photography, AI-driven “3A” technology, and industry- leading hardware to allow one-inch camera sensors. Qualcomm sponsored this white paper, but the opinions and analysis are the author’s. In recent user surveys conducted by Qualcomm, consumers ranked camera quality as the second-most important feature when buying a new premium smartphone ($1,000+); battery life was first, as Figure 1 shows. Additionally, 60% said a premium camera would determine their next purchase. As smartphones become more feature driven, OEMs are increasingly designing their products around tangible capabilities, such as camera quality. Figure 1. Additionally, new camera-driven capabilities, such as 8K resolution, help satisfy buyers’ desire for the latest technology and maximum overall performance.
