Election Integrity: • There is very little more important than Election Integrity. Literally trillions of dollars are at stake as well as the direction of the free world. And yet, very few people have any idea whatsoever about how our votes are tabulated. • This is NOT a partisan issue and it is certainly nothing new for 2020 even though the media will try to tell you that. • Until this month, both Republicans and Democrats expressed serious concerns about the integrity of our electronic voting systems. • We covered all of this starting with Episodes 19 and 20. We later interviewed a White Hat hacker and election integrity expert. www.EconomicWarRoom.com/ myvote has Episodes 70, 103, and 104. So we have aired five shows on this topic, all well before the election. • Sadly, the worst of our fears happened in this year’s Presidential race. • This is bi-partisan! Thus, corrupt insiders or foreign hackers could wreak havoc on elections throughout the United States by infiltrating either of these vendors. ES&S and Dominion are both owned by private equity, which means we don’t know who funds and controls them. And what little we do know is concerning.” Read the article. It attacks Republicans for manipulating voting machines. And it clearly proves just how vulnerable they are. Elizabeth Warren (MA), Amy Klobuchar (MN), and Ron Wyden (OR), wrote a letter in December 2019 to the private equity firms controlling the United States’ three leading election technology companies, expressing concern in the letter about the election technology industry’s ‘vulnerabilities’ and ‘lack of transparency.’” The concern was bi-partisan as it should be! We are making progress in getting this word out and people are paying attention! We have a very real possibility of exposing fraud from the 2020 election and that will have a real and positive effect for all of us going forward. Here’s what happened: 1. This has gone truly viral in a very short time. For example, in the first week, we reached two million unique visitors which is a miracle. The website was built over a weekend! As a result, nearly two million emails were sent to state legislators in a week. THIS IS AMAZING! This may be the most incredible short- term launch of a website with limited resources in history! Most websites take millions of dollars to reach far fewer people over much longer periods. 3. Check out some of the media developed around this. Take a look at a clip of Lou Dobbs interviewing our coalition member Keet Lewis: • What does all this mean? The Economic War Room, and you our supporters, are making an enormous difference in this incredibly critical issue. 2. Addressing the China Threat: • On the domestic side, the two biggest issues are the Election and the Pandemic. You’ve made a huge difference in both as this episode confirms. But on the international side, the biggest issue is clearly CHINA. • The problem is that WE AMERICANS have been funding Communist China’s rise and evil plots to destroy America. Sounds incredible. The order prohibits American companies and individuals from owning shares — outright or through investment funds — in companies the administration says help the advancement of the People’s Liberation Army. The People’s Republic of China (PRC) is increasingly exploiting United States capital to resource and to enable the development and modernization of its military, intelligence, and other security apparatuses,” the president said in the order. That investment ‘continues to allow the PRC to directly threaten the United States homeland and United States forces overseas, including by developing and deploying weapons of mass destruction, advanced conventional weapons, and malicious cyber-enabled actions against the United States and its people.’ The ban will take effect starting 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 11, 2021, and targets 31 companies identified by the Department of Defense as “Communist Chinese military compan[ies]. The list of firms includes large state-run aerospace and construction companies, as well as technology and communications companies such as Inspur Group, Huawei and China Telecommunications Corp. Gabrielle Adjerad In light of what has been institutionalized in the nineties as “intersectionality” (Crenshaw, 1989), but emanated from a long tradition of feminism fostered by women of color (Hill-Collins, Bilge, 2016), feminist theory has increasingly shed light on the plurality of women’s experiences, the inseparable, overlapping and simultaneous differences constituting their identities, and the materiality of the various dominations engendered. At the turn of the twenty-first century, this paradigm seems compelling to address fictional diasporic narratives addressing the diverse discriminations encountered by migrant women and their descendants in the United States. However, adopting an intersectional feminist approach of literature, for research or in the classroom, raises methodological issues that this paper contends with. Some thinkers have considered the double pitfall of considering, on the one hand, the text as a mimetic document of plural lives and, on the other, of essentializing a symbolical “écriture feminine” (Felski, 1989). Some have highlighted the necessary critical movement between the archetypal dimension of gender and the social and historical individuals diversely affected by this ideology (De Lauretis, 1987). Yet, beyond this tension between an attention paid to abstraction on the one hand and experience on the other, we can consider that hegemony is made of different ideologies that may contradict one another (Balibar, Wallerstein, 1991).

    Capitol Insurrection At Center Of Conservative Movement: At Least 43 Governors, Senators And Members Of Congress Have Ties To Groups That Planned January 6th Rally And Riots. SUMMARY: On January 6, 2021, a rally in support of overturning the results of the 2020 presidential election “turned deadly” when thousands of people stormed the U.S. Capitol at Donald Trump’s urging. Even Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell, who rarely broke with Trump, has explicitly said, “the mob was fed lies. They were provoked by the President and other powerful people.” These “other powerful people” include a vast array of conservative officials and Trump allies who perpetuated false claims of fraud in the 2020 election after enjoying critical support from the groups that fueled the Capitol riot. In fact, at least 43 current Governors or elected federal office holders have direct ties to the groups that helped plan the January 6th rally, along with at least 15 members of Donald Trump’s former administration. This thesis presents the first network analysis of relationships between federal political committees (n = 2,077) and the companies they hired for electoral digital political advertising services (n = 1,034) across 13 years (2003–2016) and three election cycles (2008, 2012, and 2016). The network expanded from 333 nodes in 2008 to 2,202 nodes in 2016. In 2012 and 2016, Facebook and Google had the highest normalized betweenness centrality (.34 and .27 in 2012 and .55 and .24 in 2016 respectively). Given their positions in the network, Facebook and Google should be considered consequential members of party networks. Of advertising agencies hired in the 2016 electoral cycle, 23% had no declared political specialization and were hired disproportionately by non-incumbents. These outlandish, defamatory, and far-fetched fictions included Fox falsely claiming that: (1) Dominion committed election fraud by rigging the 2020 Presidential Election; (2) Dominion’s software and algorithms manipulated vote counts in the 2020 Presidential Election; (3) Dominion is owned by a company founded in Venezuela to rig elections for the dictator Hugo Chávez; and (4) Dominion paid kickbacks to government officials who used its machines in the 2020 Presidential Election. 3. Fox recklessly disregarded the truth. Indeed, Fox knew these statements about Dominion were lies. Specifically, Fox knew the vote tallies from Dominion machines could easily be confirmed by independent audits and hand recounts of paper ballots, as has been done repeatedly since the election.
