******* ORDER:
In the Government Order first read above, the Government have approved the Notification under sub section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) submitted by the Special Deputy Collector (L.A), Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project-III, Poonamallee for the acquisition of lands for the purpose of the Widening and Strengthening of existing road Madhavaram – Redhills under Chennai Metropolitan Development Project at Vadakarai Village, Madhavaram
Taluk, Thiruvallur District .
2. In the letter second read above, the Special Deputy Collector (L.A), Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project-III, Poonamallee has sent Amendment proposal to the Notification Published at No.ll(2)/HWMP/194/2012 in PP 188-189 of Part II, Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.13, dated 04.04.2012 and requested for approval of the Government.
3. The Government after careful examination, approve the amendment requested by the Special Deputy Collector (L.A), Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project-III, Poonamallee and direct that the Notification under sub section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Highways Act 34/2002) Published at No.ll(2)/HWMP/194/2012 in PP 188-189 of Part II, Section 2 of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.13, dated 04.04.2012 be amended as in the Notification appended to this order.
4. The Works Manager, Government Central Press, Chennai is requested to publish the Notification appended to this order in the next issue of Tamil Nadu Government Gazette and to furnish ten copies of the Gazette in which the Notification is published to Government in Highways and Minor Ports Department and to the Special Deputy Collector (L.A), Tamil Nadu Urban Development Project –III, Poonamallee, Chennai-56.
