On July 18, 2017, the Relators filed a qui tam action in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan captioned , No. 2:17-cv-12315, and the Complaint was amended, pursuant to the qui tam provisions of the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. § 3730(b) (the “Civil Action”).
