Registration

In order to be considered for the events you must first pre-register for approval on our website. After your pre-registration has been approved we require you to fill out a registration form. Once the form is filled out please ensure you send the registration back to [email protected] . We will then send you an invoice. All invoices must be paid by credit card, we do not accept checks. We will not hold invoices due to limited spots available for each event.

We have payment arrangements available however we require a 50% deposit due immediately upon receiving your invoice. If you participate in a payment arrangement and you have not paid your remaining balance by the time we require all registrations be completed you will forfeit the event. We will keep your deposit and your position at the event will be resold.

We will notify you by email that you have been registered when your registration forms and full payment have been received by us.

Raffles

There are raffle baskets present at each event. We ask that our vendors donate one item towards the raffle. This is not mandatory, but it is appreciated as all proceeds from the raffle go towards our Pay it Forward projects. Unless a specific Project has been named for the event, Benefit Hub US Corp will distribute the proceeds between the two projects: Sponsor a Child and Operation Vets. We rely heavily on raffles, donations, and sponsors to help our Pay it Forward Projects. Vendors who give raffles help us to continue to support the Pay it Forward Projects, and in turn, helps us to continue coordinating events.

Donations or Sponsors

Your vendor registration fee contributes towards our venue fees, advertisements and operating expenses. If you know of a business or organization that could help us, please contact us!

They could choose to do one of the following: • Sponsor Benefit Hub US Corp monthly • Make a donation • Sponsor an event

Peace of Mind Credits

We do not issue refunds. If an event is cancelled by us or the venue you will be issued a credit in the amount of which you paid for the event. These credits do expire 6 months after they have been issued and must be scheduled to be used by the time they expire. Credits can be used any time before or after that 6 month expiration but we must have you scheduled with your credit by the date of expiration.

If you cancel your slot with us we will not issue you a refund. A credit may only be issued in the event you are sick and present a danger to the general public (For example sick with Covid-19). However, we may request you send us some verification of your illness (such as a note from your doctor).

While we understand that sometimes there are circumstances outside of an individual’s control we cannot cater to every individual circumstance. If you need to cancel an event you have registered for please get with your sales specialist of whom you’ve been assigned to discuss your options. We of course suggest that if you really can’t make the event you find someone to stand in for you so that you do not lose the event.

Necessary information for upcoming events (Vendor Set Up Information)

• Capital City Mall will provide a table, chair, and tablecloths.

• The Dover Twp. Community Center will provide tables and chairs. You must bring your own tablecloth.

• The Leesport Farmers Market will NOT provide tables, chairs, or tablecloths. You must bring your own.

• Royersford venues will provide tables and chairs. You must bring your own tablecloths.

• The Carlisle Expo Center will provide a table and 2 chairs to the first 50 vendors. All others must bring their own. All vendors will need to provide their own tablecloths.

• Carlisle Expo Center event set up time is the DAY BEFORE the event, from 8am-8pm.

AND Francis Scott Key Mall will provide a table, chair, and tablecloths
