The Avery Ranch Homeowners Association has a Benefit Partner Program that allows companies preferred access to our residents and the facilities that fall within our boundaries. Any company that participates in this program will be required to offer a minimum 5% discount to Avery Ranch residents. The Avery Ranch HOA will protect our residents through regulations that hold the partners accountable. If, for example, the partners do not remain current with their dues, they will be required to provide prorated refunds. Partners will also be required to include only residents in their first event, but they may include up to 50% non-residents in subsequent events. The partners may schedule and pay for facilities three months in advance only when the facilities are available, as residents get first priority on reservations. Partners will also be required to provide proof of insurance, which will protect our Association. Finally, partners are required to advertise in official Avery Ranch communications and media.

Avery Ranch Residents Assist the Austin IAHSP Jeanne Kramer Story by Jeanne Kramer, Chapter to Help Victims of Domestic Violence Resident of Parkside

Annually, the Austin Regional Chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals participates in World Wide Staging Service Avery Week during which we partner with a nonprofit organization to offer our time and talent to give back to our community. This year, we were excited to partner with the Texas Advocacy Project to help a deserving family who survived domestic violence. Our goal was to transform several rooms in Ranch the home to give the family a wonderful surprise at the reveal. We worked with some of the family's existing furnishings and added in some of our own selections (which were purchased with donations or donated by members of the Chapter) to make this project a success. We also reached out Story By Jordan Danz, Resident Of Granite Shoals to the community to request the donation of new and gently used handbags. Volunteers at the Texas Advocacy Project outfitted each handbag with the Project’s toll-free, domestic violence legal line to help provide a critical tool to break the cycle of violence—access to legal services.
