 Spring Break Houston attracts an average of more than 350,000 people daily  The City of Houston and stakeholders created a successful plan back in 2012 that included driving directions and a parking plan to best navigate travel to Spring Break Houston destinations  Ride METRORail to add to the ease of accessing highlighted destinations – HLSR, Hermann Park / &  For recommended and updated driving directions and parking information visit houstontx.gov or houstonspecialevents.org Press Kits 16

 Attraction highlights due to DPWPR by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 28, 2018.  Press conference will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at the Hermann Park Reflection Pool in Lindsay Plaza, across from the Monument in Hermann Park (weather permitting)  Media advisory to be distributed prior to press conference  Press kit to be distributed to all attending media  Digital press kit to be distributed to all remaining media directly following press conference Media Outreach 18

 DPWPR will pitch stories to local broadcast (Radio + TV) outlets with in-person appearances (TBD) following the press conference targeting traffic and weather reporters  DPWPR will work with local print and online media for stories to run following the press conference, target outlets include: local newspapers and top local online news outlets  Distribute map and recommended parking instructions to determined entities as well as all participating stakeholders for internal and external distribution 19
