REPORT OF RESOLUTIONS COMMITTEE AND ADOPTION OF 2019 MUNICIPAL POLICY STATEMENT Mayor Bob Rivera of Thatcher gave the Resolutions Committee report on behalf of Chairman Mayor John Giles. He reported that the resolutions adopted by the Resolutions Committee were before them and asked if there were any objections. Hearing none, he then moved to adopt the Resolutions as adopted by the Resolutions Committee. Mayor Georgia Lord of Goodyear seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The Resolutions are attached and made a part of these minutes. IV.
