Summary : Studies on molecular phylogenies of Butterflies and Burnets have been increasingly frequent in the recent years, changing the systematics and taxonomy of these two groups. A full update has been performed in this work.

It is based on a concatenated alignment of the mitochondrial gene COI and up to 11 nuclear gene fragments, using Bayesian inference of phylogeny. To avoid analytical biases that could result from our region-focus sampling, our European tree was grafted upon a global genus- level backbone butterfly phylogeny for analyses. In addition to a consensus tree, we provide the posterior distribution of trees and the fully-concatenated alignment for future analyses.

Abstract. In the years 2017-2018 the Società italiana per lo Studio e la Conservazione delle Libellule – Odonata.it carried out a systematic survey of Lepidoptera in the State Natural Reserve “Gola del Furlo” (Pesaro e Urbino Province, Marche, Italy). The species found are 585, which some not much known and others first recovery in the regional territory. The large number of species collected highligts the scientific interest of the Reserve and its biodiversity richness. The list of species is reported and different species were examined according to their chorological type. It should be noted that most of the species are Eurasian, Eurosibiric and Mediterranean elements. Follow the list of the relieved species. Key word: Lepidoptera, Marche, State Natural Reserve “Gola del Furlo”, checklist, chorological type.
