Jivitesh Agarwal- Bronze medal under- 12 category held at Inter- School event held at Hyderabad Public School. Raahil Hazarika, Ayush Agarwal and Ujjwal Agarwal had reached the 2nd round in the State North- East Tennis Tournament. Rajnish Sharma reached the Quarter-Finals in the under 12 category boys, in the State North East Tennis Tournament and All India Tennis Tournament held at Guwahati. 102 Marchpast Master- in- Charge: P.E DEPARTMENT Captain - Abbiso Pul (Boys) Namrata Baruah (Girls) Results of Inter-House events (House positions) 1st position: Kopili-Dhansiri 2nd position: Jinari-Manas 3rd position: Subansiri-Namdang 4th position: Bhoroli-Lohit In this mega event of the school, the house spirit of the juniors is displayed in form of respect to the passing out batch of each house. The School Captain proudly leads the contingents followed by all houses. Each house comprises of 30 Boys and 30 Girls from the brother sister house. Students showed the dedication towards their house and enthusiastically tried to secure position in the top 25 place in their respective category. AVS reached the quarterfinals in the IPSC U-17 tournament held in Mayo College, Ajmer. AVS won matches against Welham Boys, Dehradun, L.K. Singhania Education Centre, Gotan, Rajasthan and Pinegrove U-17 Cricket Team School, Dharampur, AVS was ranked 5th and qualified for the quarter finals in the IPSC U-19 tournament held in Modern School, Delhi in May 2019 with Jagrit Kasera being the 3rd highest wicket taker in this entire tournament and Aniketh Das being included in the top 15 batsman of the tournament.
