ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION The Engineering & Constructions wing of the Group is an acknowledged leader in the construction of multi-purpose river valley and hydropower projects. CEMENT The group is one of the largest cement producers in the country. Its cement division currently operates modern, computerized process control cement plants. POWER The Group has a diversified portfolio of power generation in hydro & thermal power sectors and the current power generation capacity is 4200 MW. REAL ESTATE The real estate division of Jaypee Group has made a place in the heart of many home seekers. Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida launched in the year 2000 was the first project of Jaypee Group which is a Golf-centric real estate development. The project offers a Greg Norman designed 18 - hole golf course and a 9-hole golf course designed by Graham Cooke and associates. Jaypee Greens Wish Town at Noida is India’s First Integrated City. As the name suggests, the project is built to fulfill the wishes of many home buyers. EXPRESSWAYS The Group has constructed 165 km long, 6 lane Yamuna Expressway stretching from Noida to Agra and Zirakpur to Parwanoo section (total length 27.59 Kms) of NH-5. Jaypee Group has been awarded the contract for construction, development and maintenance of the eastern peripheral expressway package III. HOSPITALITY The Group’s hospitality business owns and operates 5 properties spread across New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Four Five Star Hotels, two in New Delhi and one each in Agra and Mussoorie have a total capacity of 689 rooms. Another 5 star luxury, a state-of-the-art Golf and Spa resort with 170 living spaces housing India’s first Six Senses Spa is at Greater Noida. HEALTHCARE Jaypee Hospital has been set up with the vision of promoting world-class healthcare amongst the masses and to provide quality and affordable medical care with commitment. SPORTS To celebrate sporting facilities, Jaypee Greens took a leap by launching Jaypee Greens Sports city. Built over an area of 5000 acres, the project has hosted the highly successful Indian Formula 1 Grand Prix at the Buddh International Circuit; it is also a home to an international standard cricket stadium, Greg Norman designed 18-hole championship golf course and state-of-the-art sports stadium for indoor and outdoor sports.
