Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium. A director will be elected in each of the 1 2 categories of CMA membership, in addition to three directors-at-large. Each director serves a two-year term. According to the bylaws, no fewer than two nor more than four people may be nominated by the board for each vacancy. Nominations may be made from the floor at the mem- bership meeting.
