Order of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation No

ORDER OF THE STATE CUSTOMS COMMITTEE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION NO. 1002 OF OCTOBER 19, 2001 ON THE DETERMINATION OF PLACES OF EXPORTATION

According to Telegram of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation No. TF-3705-3713 of February 11, 2002, not registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, this Order shall not be applied before a special directive is issued (see also Telegram of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation No. TF-1993-2001 of January 22, 2002)

For the purpose of streamlining the shifting of goods across the customs border of the Russian Federation on the basis of Article 27 of the Customs Code of the Russian Federation (Vedomosti Syezda Narodnykh Deputatov Rossiiskoy Federatsii i Verkhovnogo Soveta Rossiiskoy Federatsii, No. 31, 1993, item 1224; Sobranie Zakonodatelstva Rossiiskoy Federatsii, No. 26, 1995, item 2397; No. 1, 1996, item 4; no. 30, 1997, item 3586; No. 47, 1997, item 5341; No. 7, 1999, item 879), I order: 1. To determine the multilateral points of crossing the state border of the Russian Federation as places for crossing the customs border of the Russian Federation for exportation of goods by motor and railway transport (codes of CC FEA of Russia: from 4401 10 000 0 combustible wood as logs and tree-trunks; 4403; from 4404 split logs, piles and wood pegs, pointed but not sawn lengthwise; 4406; 4407; 4409) (Appendix). 2. Control over the implementation of the present Order shall be exercised by I.V.Meshcheryakov, First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee of Russia. 3. The present Order shall come into force after the lapse of thirty days after its official publication.
