BEAVER SCOUT CAMP KIT LIST

Each Beaver Scout will need to bring his own personal equipment (the following list is a guide), they should be encouraged to find out what is necessary and pack their own kit. Packed in a rucksack or bag. If you want an item to return home you must name it.

General Information

All Beaver Scouts arriving on Saturday are to arrive in activity clothes wearing their group scarf BUT must pack their uniforms. We will register Beaver Scouts at 08.30am from the main car park . The beavers going home on Sunday morning can be collected at 10.30am after our ‘Scouts Own Service’ From the Bridger Building ALL vehicles must be parked in the main car park we have no vehicle access to our camp site. All Beaver scouts arriving on Sunday morning must arrive in full uniform . We will register Beaver Scouts at 08.30am from the main car park. These Beavers being collected on Monday morning can be collected at 09.30am From the Bridger Building ALL vehicles must be parked in the main car park we have no vehicle access to our camp site. If you are a parent that has a son or daughter in the cub section, to save you making two trips to collect your children prior to departure speak to Julie Reed and we will organise the Beavers staying on site until the cub scout collection time. Any medication is to be handed to a uniformed Beaver Leader on arrival. Beaver Scouts are to bring a packed lunch in a named disposable bag . Please do not include sweets/gum or fizzy drinks. No Ipods or MP3 players or the like. No Mobile Phones.

M25 - Exit at J6 Take the A22 to join the A25 Turn left at roundabout and take the A25 to Westerham Go straight across a roundabout and straight over traffic lights. In the high street turn left between Costa Coffee/Deli DiLuca into Road Follow the A233 to , going straight across a roundabout and then over the motorway Go past Inn and Library/Pool Just after Black Horse Pub, Turn right into Jail Lane (signposted Downe) Follow road past the Old Jail Pub, bearing left into Single Street which leads to Road. Turn left into Birdhouse Lane

(this is just after Luxted Farm, and a signpost ) Turn sharp left between a telephone box and Dunoon cottages. Follow the lane and the car park is on your right.

If you reach Hatchet end House on your left, you have gone too far!
