Box 2130, Yellowknife, NT X1A 2P6 Dear Ms. Briere; Final Plan Request – Deh Cho Bridge Construction Project – km 24.4, Yellowknife Highway (No. 3) at the Mackenzie River Please accept this letter as confirmation that all restoration, clean up and removal of equipment, materials and buildings have been completed during the construction phase of this project, and that all works regarding Land Use Permit MV2012X0015 have been completed. As per your request for a Final Plan for this Land Use Permit, I have included: 1. A map, normally at a scale of 1:50,000 showing your location, area, and distances of all land use operations. Sketches are acceptable but all maps must have the north indication, scale and coordinates clearly marked. In accordance with the Final Plan Request for Land Use Permit MV2012X0015, the Department of Infrastructure (DOI) has included 5 Google Earth photos showing the areas affected by this Land Use Permit. 2. A summary of the hectares utilized in each aspect of the land use operation. • Construction and Laydown Area: o North Side = 1,000m x 60m = 60,000m2 x 0.0001 hectares/m2 = 6 hectares o South Side = 500m x 60m = 30,000m2 x 0.0001 hectares/m2 = 3 hectares • Camp Area: o 100m x 100m = 10,000m2 x 0.0001 hectares/m2 = 1 hectare • Quarry Area: o 200m x 100m = 20,000m2 x 0.0001 hectares/m2 = 2 hectares • Total Area: o Approximately 12 hectares in total affected by land use operation. 3. A calculation of Land Use Fees. No Land Use Fees were required for this project.
