MEETING AND COORDINATION On 11th March 2021, WHO Country Representative Pakistan, Dr. Palitha Mahipala, inaugurated a three day WHO, EPI annual review meeting at Bhurban, Murree. The meeting was attended by Head of WHO Sub Office Punjab, Dr. Jamshaid Ahmed, Head of WHO Sub office Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Dr. Babar Alam, Team Lead EPI, Dr. Osama Mere, National Professional Officers, Technical and Divisional officers. Purpose of the meeting is to discusses reaching Zero dose/defaulters, EPI surveillance, improvement in Enhanced Outreach Activities (EOA) for vaccination and data quality improvement. Dr Palitha appreciated EPI teams for their Dr Palitha Mahipala (Center) WHO Country Representative Pakistan, efforts in sustaining Penta 3 coverage at around 90% Dr Osama Mere (Left), EPI Team lead WHO, Dr Jamshaid Ahmed through the WHO supported Enhanced Outreach Activities (Right), Head of WHO Sub Office Punjab during the meeting.
