Federico M. Rossi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After completing his Bachelor in Political Science at the Universidad de Buenos Aires he went to Florence. In Italy he obtained at the European University Institute a Ph.D. in Political and Social Sciences in 2011. His research interests have included national and transnational social movements, protest, trade unions, democratization, and youth political participation. His field research has, to date, been primarily in Argentina, Brazil and Italy and he has written on the assemblies’ movement of Buenos Aires, the piqueteros movement in Argentina, land reform movements in Brazil, transnational movements, trade unions and globalization in Latin America, democratization and contentious politics, and youth political participation. Federico is working on two edited books and a monograph. The first volume, co-edited and co- authored with Eduardo Silva, is about the neoliberal critical juncture and the second wave of incorporation in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador and Venezuela. The second volume, co- edited and co-authored with Marisa von Bülow, is a collection of theoretical contributions to the general literature on contentious politics by scholars studying social movements in Latin America. Finally, he is working on a single-authored monograph about the second wave of incorporation and territorial politics in Argentina. A COMPARATIVE STUDY IN LEXICAL MATERIAL RELATING TO NICKNAMES AND SURNAMES By J. AQUILINA WE read in verse 19 of Chapter IT of Genesis that 'The Lord God having formed out of the ground all the beasts of the earth and all the fowls of the earth brought them to Adam to see what he would call them; For what soever Adam called any living creatures the same is its name'. This is the first historical record of man as a name-giver. As a name places a living, or non-living, creature, a thing or an idea, or any intellectual abstraction, within a context of recognizable reality of human experience in a way that it can be distinguished from others existing within the same, or different or kindred, category, we can say that names indi viduat ing realities or sUbjective reactions are indicative labels. In a sense the name is the thing or the person itself. Indeed, amongst savages the name is considered as an integral part of the person that bears it. As a rule, therefore, the savage prefers to be known rather by his substituted name than by his real name, the reason being that while one cannot harm him through the substituted name one can reach him and do him harm through his own name, which is his real personal identity. Hence the Maltese saying skond laqmek ghamlek 'A.s you are so is your surname'. Latin nomina omina 'names are omens', and a Kirundi saying [zina niryo muntu 'Le nom c'est l'homme' given by F .M. -

Simtek Grand Prix was Born from Simtek Research Ltd, the name standing for Simulation Technology. The company founders were Nick Wirth and Max Mosley, Both of whom had serious pedigree within motorsport. Mosley had Been a team owner Before with March, and Wirth was a mechanical engineering student who was snapped up By March as an aerodynamicist, working underneath Adrian Newey. When March was sold to Leyton House, Mosley and Wirth? Both decided to leave, and joined forces to create Simtek. Originally, the company had a single office in Wirth’s house, But it was soon oBvious they needed a Bigger, more wind‐tunnel shaped Base, which they Built in Oxfordshire. Mosley had the connections that meant racing teams from all over the gloBe were interested in using their research technologies, But while keeping the clients satisfied, Simtek Began designing an F1 car for BMW in secret. -

Maurício Sirotsky Sobrinho, s/n, km02, Jurerê, Florianópolis, SC, 88053-700, Brasil Abstract: The aim of this study was to characterize the feeding behavior of the Guiana dolphin, S. guianensis, through description and quantification of the strategies used by the dolphins, and possibly to apply this patterns to other areas in its distribution. Data were collected during systematic boat surveys, between November/1996 and May/1997, with 120 hours and 13 minutes of total observations. Scheffé Test was utilized to determine whether some strategies were used more than others. Six basic strategies of dolphin feeding behavior were identified: Individual Random Feeding (IRF), Group Random Feeding (GRF), Circular Cooperative Feeding (CCF), Front Cooperative feeding (FCF), Crossing Cooperative Feeding (CRF) and Zig-zag Cooperative Feeding (ZCF). The strategy GRF was statistically different from the others (Scheffé 5%). Previous studies suggested that S. guianensis exhibit two basic feeding strategies, while here we show greater diversity on the feeding behavior, with more complex and varied foraging strategies than previously reported for this species. Observed variation in the coordination of individuals, group cohesion, movement patterns, prey availability and environmental features, demonstrates the complexity of the S. guianensis feeding behavior. The Ex - Piers Courage, John Coombs 1967 McLaren M4A Chassis Number: M4A/2 • One of two works cars run by McLaren in 1967 for the European Formula 2 season, long before customer M4As became available. Owned by John Coombs and driven by Piers Courage while he was also a works BRM Formula 1 driver, scoring 2nd place at Zandvoort and 3rd at Hockenheim. • Bought by Courage in time for the 1968 Tasman Series, where he scored a phenomenal victory by a huge margin in the final round, beating the likes of Jim Clark in a Lotus 49. Courage also took a 2nd and three 3rds to finish 3rd in the series. • Sold to Australia at the conclusion of the Tasman Series in 1968 and raced successfully there by subsequent owners before returning to Europe in 1991. • Recently maintained by Speedsport, with Michael O’Brien taking victory at Cadwell Park in HSCC Classic Racing Cars. Benefitting from limited use on the Geoff Richardson built Cosworth FVA engine, 2017 fuel bag tanks and 2018 FIA HTPs. • A significant and fabulous McLaren in which you can race at some of the best circuits in Europe with Historic Formula 2 and in England with HSCC Classic Racing Cars and Aurora XL, while also being the pride of any collection. Formed in 1963 by New Zealander Bruce McLaren, McLaren Motor Racing has become a household name thanks to the continued presence and success in Formula 1. Bruce had begun his Formula 1 career as a driver, competing for Cooper alongside Jack Brabham. McLaren took the first of three Grand Prix wins for Cooper in 1959, as the youngest victor to that point at just 22, and finished second in the 1960 World Championship. -

In this context, the Emilia-Romagna Region (Italy) is considered a pioneer in Italy, due to the efforts taken for the transition towards a circular economy. It was the first Italian region to launch a specific law on the subject besides to have relevant projects. Thus, the objective of this paper is to analyse the efforts aimed at the transition to a circular economy in the Emilia-Romagna Region, Italy, considering technological, legal–regulatory, and financial points of view under a market orientation. Complementary, we pointed out the main initiatives related to the circular economy and the areas of interest. To gather data, we conducted applied, descriptive and qualitative research. -

It overshadowed the similar e orts of Lotus boss Colin Chapman and remained competitive for several seasons. We believe it is one of designer Eric Broadleyʼs greatest cars, so turn to page 16 to see what our resident racer made of the original prototype at Donington Park. Although the coupe is arguably more iconic, the open version of the T70 was more successful. Developed in 1965, the Group 7 machine could take a number of di erent V8 engines and was ideal for the inaugural Can-Am contest in ʼ66. Champion John Surtees, Dan Gurney and Mark Donohue won races during the campaign, while Surtees was the only non-McLaren winner in ʼ67. The big Lola remains a force in historic racing. Dear SCCA Media Partners, Welcome to what is truly a new era of the Sports Car Club of America, as the SCCA National Champi- onship Runoffs heads west for the first time in 46 years to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. This event, made possible with the help of our friends and partners at Mazda and the Sports Car Rac- ing Association of the Monterey Peninsula (SCRAMP), was met with questions at its announcement that have been answered in a big way, with more than 530 drivers on the entry list and a rejunvenaton of the west coast program all season long. While we haven’t been west of the Rockies since River- side International Raceway in 1968, it’s hard to believe it will be that long before we return again. The question on everyone’s mind, even more than usual, is who is going to win? Are there hidden gems on the west coast who may be making their first Runoffs appearance that will make a name for themselves on the national stage, or will the traditional contenders learn a new track quickly enough to hold their titles? My guess is that we’ll see some of each.
