Rumple Minze *replace schnapps with a giant handful of peppermint schnapps peppermint marshmallows for kids EGGNOG Ingredients Directions 1 egg Beat egg, sugar, and milk or cream until smooth and frothy. 1 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 oz. milk or cream Pour into an old-fashioned glass and add brandy and rum. 1 oz. brandy 1/2 oz. light rum nutmeg Stir and top with sprinkled nutmeg. You can cook the eggnog base on the stovetop if you need to be careful of using raw eggs.
