Smart casual attire as well as T-shirts and Bermuda shorts are encouraged when at The Gallery Club. During evening cocktails, smart casual attire still applies as well as well-cut jeans, T-shirts, and well-maintained sport shoes. DRY CLEANING AND LAUNDRY For your dry cleaning, laundry, and pressing requirements, kindly fill up and sign the Laundry Form found in your closet and press the “Valet Call” button on your bedside panel or hotel phone to have the items picked up for service. A same-day service is available for items collected before the 11:00 am cut-off period, while clothing items collected after the cut-off period will be returned the following day.

EMERGENCY/ EARTHQUAKE In case of an earthquake, please remain calm and stay away from tall furniture, windows, glass, and any ceiling-mounted light fixtures or equipment. Do not use the elevator. Always take your room key and emergency flashlight located in your wardrobe. While the earthquake is happening, DUCK under the room’s work table and COVER your head while keeping all the vital parts of your body under the table. HOLD until the shaking ends and proceed to the emergency “EXIT” and then continue to the designated evacuation area of the hotel at the Ayala Triangle Gardens located across the Escolta entrance.

EMERGENCY/ FIRE Should you notice a fire and if it safe to do so, dial “4” using the hotel phone for the emergency hotline and give details of its location and size. Do not use the elevators for evacuation. Follow the “FIRE EXIT” signs marked on the map mounted at the back of your main entry door. If fire breaks out, always go to the floor(s) below. If it is necessary to evacuate, and the corridor is full of smoke, place a wet piece of cloth over your nose and mouth then crawl to the nearest fire exit located at either end of the corridor. Proceed to the hotel’s designated evacuation area at the Ayala Triangle Gardens located across the Escolta Makati Avenue entrance.
