MR SYLVESTER MZAMO MARTIN – GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR Sylvester was instrumental in establishing the Inkanyeli Group and has over 24 years experience in construction, construction management and property development. He began his career at Group 5 as a student where he progressed to a position of Contracts Manager. He gained International experience by successfully completing projects for Group 5 in Mozambique.

He is the Group Managing Director responsible for the Group’s Business Strategy Development and Implementation, Business MR SYLVESTER MARTIN Development and Leading the Growth. She joined Inkanyeli in 2007 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor moved to Commercial Director. Her experience started at Makhosi Construction and later Sivukile Contractors on renovation, construction of new houses, schools, churches, office blocks, road construction and shopping centres.
