On Wednesday afternoon a student attended an out of school audition for the up and coming Tas Dance Schools Project. We as a class had participated in the Tas Dance workshop at school where this student had learnt one of the many dance sequences that would be used in the audition process. Tas Dance have advised that this student has been successful in the audition process and will now be a member of the Tas Dance Schools project that will tour Tasmania in the next few months, performing several times throughout the state to a wide variety of audiences. Tas Dance was particularly impressed with the way this student conducted herself throughout the audition and the degree to which she performed, explaining that they thought her impromptu sequence was phenomenal! I am so proud of her efforts, it has been about 8-10 years since we have been successful in having a PHS student

become a member of this project. Mrs Dawkins 4 Prospect High School Newsletter
