To be eligible for this promotion, retailers must sell the participating books (for which they will be seeking credit) at a price at or below 50% off list. Retailers are of course free to charge what they wish but only retailers meeting the above terms will qualify for credit. The participating title is: Title ISBN List Price Sug. Price Credit Merciful Crow 9781250191922 $18.99 $9.50 $4.75 In order to receive credit, the retailer must furnish Macmillan with proof of its retail sales (at a promotional price) of the above title made between 8/8/2019 – 8/11/2019. The proof must consist of either computer printouts or cash register receipts. Proof of sales must be received by Macmillan no later than 11/11//19 and should be sent to: Joe O’Leary, Customer Promotions Manager, Macmillan 175 Fifth Ave, 13 Floor, NY, NY 10010, ATTN: Shared Markdowns. The credits for each book sold during the promotional period will be issued only after a review of the proof of sales. Macmillan list price on this title will remain the same. This special offer will not have any effect on retailers’ right to return unsold copies or on the amount of any returns credit. In all other respects, our regular coop terms apply. Imprints Covered A retailer can earn up to $50 per title outside of the retailer’s applicable coop pool(s) by featuring FALL 2019 frontlist titles of the following imprints in its newsletter. The above promotional allowance offer is not available with respect to FALL 2019 frontlist titles of imprints covered under the Macmillan Adult, Macmillan Children’s Publishing Group 2019 U.S. Retail Coop Advertising and Promotional Allowance Policies to accounts that have elected the Alternative (i.e., non-pool) Plan under those policies.
