Romantic Bali Island Nusa Dua Beach & Ubud Village Itinerary Romantic Bali Island Nusa Dua Beach & Ubud Village Itinerary Day 1 - USA/Bali Check in for your Cathay Pacific Airways trans-Pacific flight bound for Bali. Cross the International Date Line. Day 2 - Bali – Nusa Dua Beach Arrive on the tropical paradise of Bali, and transfer to your accommodations on the white sandy beaches of the island's southeast coast. (Club Bali Mirage Resort) Club Bali Mirage Resort is built in a modern architectural design with Balinese touches. Nestled amidst 3.5 hectares of landscaped gardens and on the sandy beach of Tanjung Benoa, Nusa Dua, the resort is about 25 minutes from the airport. Rooms are comfortably furnished and feature marble bathrooms with bathtubs, balcony or terrace. Each room is equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, satellite TV with movie channels, refrigerator, hair dryer, IDD telephone and safety deposit box. All rooms have a sofa bed, which can accommodate a third person comfortably. The Kemuning Restaurant serves breakfast and certain buffet dinners, while the Kamboja Poolside Restaurant is the venue for the daily buffet lunch and most dinner buffets. The Chopstick Restaurant opens for lunch and dinner with fine Chinese cuisine. The swimming pool is the center for the daily sports and activities program. A wide variety of water sports, such as catamaran sailing, ocean kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling and more, is available at the Mirage Water Sport Center. Billiards, backgammon, darts and a library can be found in the games room, and the Bebek Kids Club caters to the youngest visitors, with supervised activities for children from 3 to 12 years. Day 3 - Bali – Nusa Dua Beach Set off this morning on an excursion into the hills of central Bali and the village of Ubud, the artistic center of the island. Stop for a performance of traditional Barong dance, visit the silversmiths at Celuk and a batik workshop in Tohpati, and stroll through Ubud's central market. Afternoon free. (B) Day 4 - Bali – Nusa Dua Beach Enjoy the day at your leisure, exploring on your own or relaxing on the beach. Late this afternoon, your guide escorts you to the Hindu temple of Uluwatu, high on a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean. After viewing the sunset, descend to a local restaurant for Balinese cuisine. (B/D) Day 5 - Bali – Nusa Dua Beach Day at leisure, exploring on your own or relaxing on the beach. (B) Day 6 – Bali – Nusa Dua Beach/Ubud Transfer from your beach resort to inland Ubud village. (Anini Raka Resort & Spa) (B) Located in a picturesque Balinese village, the small yet luxurious boutique hotel is one hour from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Ideal for nature lovers and travelers who want a relaxing getaway, the hotel is surrounded by rice paddies, lush greenery and ancient temples and villages. The hotel is only 5 minutes from Ubud's city center and market. The Anini Raka Resort & Spa consists of 19 spacious and luxurious, modern Balinese-style pavilions. All pavilions and suites are rice- field view. All of the luxurious pavilions feature: comfort king/twin bed, each bed pavilion decorated with mosquito net, and large private terrace with rice field view. There are 3 restaurants, 2 swimming pools, a spa, Jacuzzi, a sauna and a meeting room.
