Whereas the Authorised officer of Central Bank of India under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Interest Act , 2002 and in Exercise of powers conferred on him/her under section 13(2) read with rule 9 of the Security interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 issued a demand notice dt. 07.12.2017 calling upon the legal heirs of the borrower Late Mr. Muhammed Ashraf ,(Proprietor of M/s. Thayyil Hardware) 1) Mrs. Rafna 2) Fathima Rifa (Age 12 Yrs) being minor represented by mother Mrs. Rafna 3) Rafana Roshan(Age 4 Yrs.) being minor represented by mother Mrs. Rafna 4) Sara W/o Abdu and (Mother of Late Muhammed Ashraf Prop Thayyil Hardware ) to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being of Rs 9,85,433/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Eighty Five Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty Three Only) and cost there on within 60 days from the date of receipt of said notice. The Borrowers and Guarantors having failed to repay the amount, notice under section 13(4) of the above mentioned Act has been issued and taken possession of the properties Scheduled below by the authorized Officer on 14.03.2019 by issuing notices/obtaining acknowledgment & by affixture to the borrowers/ defaulters and general public and publication thereof in newspapers as contemplated under the said Act and Rules and Amount due and future Interest Rs. 9,85,433/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Eighty Five Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty Three Only) upto 05.12.2017 and further interest at contracted rate of interest with cost and expenses till the date of realization. In exercise of the powers conferred under the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (No.54 of 2002) and rules thereunder, the undersigned as the Authorised Officer intends to conduct the auction sale of mortgaged property/i.e. through E-auction platform. The last date for submission of bid with EMD is 13.03.2020 (13th MARCH 2020) before 4 pm and the E-Auction will be held on 16.03.2020 (16TH MARCH 2020) between the respective time mentioned in the schedule below.
