Surface Water Management from Bârlad Watershed
SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT FROM BÂRLAD WATERSHED Authors: Gheorghe Purnavel Soil Erosion Control Research and Development Center Perieni, E-mail [email protected], Fax. 0235412837 “Craving for water” of the humanity or perspective of “water crises” is term, which appear more frequently in prognosis studies of different international and national organisms. In our country areas, which are in difficulty with surface and underground water sources, by the INMH study, are located in central part of Dobrogea and Moldavian Tableland and us a result these resources must be careful utilised and protected quantitative and qualitative. Hydrographical network of Barlad River with 2,565 km length and 7,220 km2 drain the Central Moldavia Tableland and Tutova Hill’s area through Barlad River and their most important affluent The Central Moldavia Tableland and Tutova Hills, like subdivision of Moldavian Tableland, drained by Barlad River are strongly affected by erosion processes that have a great impact under the quantitative and qualitative surface water from this area. The management of surface water from Barlad watershed are assured by Vaslui Water Management System, like a subdivision of Water Direction Prut from Romanian Environment Minister. Soil Erosion Control Research and Development Centre Perieni are involved in surface water management from Barlad watershed through a study concerning hill lake sedimentation’s and water quality of them under impact of soil erosion processes. In the studied reservoirs, sedimentation processes are due to the deposit of sediments from the main water supply of the reservoir and of those that are due from erosion from hill slopes and watersheds located nearby of the reservoir. -

Signed: 2 Abstract This thesis investigates the lives, movements and performances of dancers in a Romanian urban folk ensemble from an anthropological perspective. Drawing on an extended period of fieldwork in the Romanian city of Timi şoara, it gives an inside view of participation in organised cultural performances involving a local way of moving, in an area with an on-going interest in local and regional identity. It proposes that twenty- first century regional identities in southeastern Europe and beyond, can be manifested through participation in performances of local dance, music and song and by doing so, it reveals that the experiences of dancers has the potential to uncover deeper understandings of contemporary socio-political changes. This micro-study of collective behaviour, dance knowledge acquisition and performance training of ensemble dancers in Timi şoara enhances the understanding of the culture of dance and dancers within similar ensembles and dance groups in other locations. Through an investigation of the micro aspects of dancers’ lives, both on stage in the front region, and off stage in the back region, it explores connections between local dance performances, their participants, and locality and the city. -

Ordinul 1205/2018 M.Of. 527 din 27-iun-2018 ORDIN nr. 1205 din 22 iunie 2018 pentru aprobarea Nominalizării arealelor viticole şi încadrării localităţilor pe regiuni viticole, podgorii şi centre viticole Văzând Referatul de aprobare nr. 1.276 din 14.06.2018 al Oficiului Naţional al Viei şi Produselor Vitivinicole, luând în considerare: - art. 4 alin. (3) din Legea viei şi vinului în sistemul organizării comune a pieţei vitivinicole nr. 164/2015, cu modificările ulterioare; - art. 3 din Normele metodologice de aplicare a Legii viei şi vinului în sistemul organizării comune a pieţei vitivinicole nr. 164/2015, aprobate prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 512/2016; - art. 8 lit. q) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.408/2009 privind înfiinţarea, organizarea şi funcţionarea Oficiului Naţional al Viei şi Produselor Vitivinicole, republicată, În temeiul prevederilor art. 9 alin. (5) şi (6) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 30/2017 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale, precum şi pentru modificarea art. 6 alin. (6) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.186/2014 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Autorităţii pentru Administrarea Sistemului Naţional Antigrindină şi de Creştere a Precipitaţiilor, cu modificările ulterioare, ministrul agriculturii şi dezvoltării rurale emite prezentul ordin. APA (DULCE) Apa este un element esen ţial atât pentru existen ţa vie ţii cât şi pentru dezvoltarea social ă şi economic ă a umanit ăţ ii. Ea reprezint ă o resurs ǎ natural ǎ regenerabil ǎ, disponibil ǎ în cantit ăţ i limitate şi cu caracteristici calitative deosebit de vulnerabile la factorii ce influen ţeaz ă şi agreseaz ă mediul ambiant: substan ţe poluante şi de şeuri emise de unit ăţ ile industriale şi agricole, exploat ări miniere şi de hidrocarburi, aglomer ări urbane. Mările şi oceanele fiind conectate între ele, formând oceanul planetar, alc ătuiesc ecosisteme cu caracteristici foarte asem ănătoare, în timp ce apele interioare formeaz ă ecosisteme mai mult sau mai pu ţin izolate, cu caracteristici mult mai variate. Apele continentale sunt relativ mici şi mult mai puternic influen ţate de factorii geoclimatici şi hidrologici şi în consecin ţă sunt mai pu ţin stabile. Din acela şi motiv, ecosistemele din apele interioare sunt mult mai sensibile la factorii perturbatori genera ţi de activit ăţile umane, deci de poluare. Resursele de ap ă sunt limitate în timp ce în lume, necesarul de ap ă cre şte încontinuu. Chiar abundente în anumite zone, acestea sunt afectate calitativ de activitatea uman ă poluant ă.
