Rangers RHP Drew Anderson is set to get AT the starting nod while the Royals plan to counter with LHP Daniel Lynch. First pitch at Dell Diamond is scheduled for 11:05 a.m. BACK FOR A REBOUND SERIES HISTORY Rangers starter RHP Drew Anderson is looking to rebound from his first loss at the Alternate Overall: 2-2 Training Site, which came in his last start on April 23 against the Royals at Globe Life Field In Arlington: 1-1 in Arlington.
