Below some important information relating to boarding restrictions on flights and entry in different countries due to measures related to the Coronavirus epidemy (COVID-19)

PASSENGERS HOLDING ALITALIA TICKETS PASSENGERS WITH MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS, OR AFFECTED BY SUPERVENING IMPOSSIBILITY TO USE THE AIR TRANSPORT SERVICE DUE TO EPIDEMIOLOGICAL EMERGENCY.

New Passengers belonging to the categories identified by paragraph 1 of art. 28 of Law Decree n. 9 of March 2nd 2020 and art. 1 of the Italian Prime Minister's Decree of March 8th 2020 , as amended by the Italian Prime Minister’s Decree of March 9th 2020 which imposed restrictions on the movement throughout of natural persons identified by the decrees themselves, as described below: holding Alitalia tickets:

-from / to - all destinations served by Alitalia; - foreign countries listed below;

-purchased within April 3rd 2020;

-With a travel dates until May 31st 2020; who are obliged to modify or renounce to journey, can ask for:

1. CHANGE OF RESERVATION WITH NO PENALTY performed by Travel Agents, for tickets previously issued or by Contact Centre Alitalia for tickets issued in Alitalia direct sales channel, changing booking date with new travel dates not later than December 31st 2020.

In case of original flight reservations on: - AZ operating rebooking without penalty, in the same booking class as original booking or in the first available class, same cabin.

- AZ marketing rebooking without penalty, exclusively in the same booking class as original booking, same cabin.

Rebooking will be performed by Travel Agents, for tickets previously issued by Travel Agents or by Contact Centre Alitalia and must be made not later than May 31st2020.

For all other conditions, fare rules of purchased ticket will be applied.

Electronic tickets must be revalidated and/or reissued without penalty by Travel Agencies and/or Contact Centers, inserting in the "endorsement / restriction" box the indication: SKCHG COVID-19 RED

2. VOUCHER (TCV) for an amount equal to the value of the ticket purchased or its residual value, valid for the purchase of other tickets to any destination operated by Alitalia, which can be used to travel within one year from voucher (TCV) date of issue.

The request to issue the voucher (TCV) can be finalized by Alitalia Contact Center within May 31st 2020.

FOREIGN COUNTRIES WITH ACCESS RESTRICTIONS CONSIDERED IN THIS POLICY

MAURITIUS As of February 24th 2020, the Authorities of Mauritius have forbidden Italian citizens and passengers who have travelled in Italy in the 14 days prior to the departure date of the flight to Mauritius, including passengers in transit in Italian gateways, from entering or transiting the country (update 01/03/2020). As of February 25th 2020, Seychelles authorities have forbidden passengers who have stayed or traveled in Italy 14 days prior to the arrival date in Seychelles.

KUWAIT As of February 26th 2020, the Kuwait authorities have banned air traffic to and from Italy.

JORDAN As of February 27th 2020, Jordanian authorities have banned travelers from Italy or who have traveled to Italy in the 14 days prior to their arrival in Jordan from entering the Country.

ISRAEL As of March 1st 2020, Authorities of Israel have banned access to all travelers - with the exception of Israeli citizens - present in Italy in the 14 days prior to entry or the request for entry into the country including passengers in transit in Italian gateways (update 01/03/2020).

LEBANON As of February 28th 2020, Lebanese Authorities have banned access to travellers from Italy, with the exception of Lebanese citizens and Lebanon residents.

TURKEY As of March 1st 2020 and until further notice, local authorities have ordered the suspension of all air traffic to and from Italy. Turkish companies with a code share agreement with Alitalia – such as Pegasus - can depart from Turkey and land in Italy but, for their return flights to Turkey, can only accept Turkish passengers.

CZECH REPUBLIC As of March 1st 2020, Czech Republic authorities have decided to suspend all flights from , Bologna and . Travelers arriving from other areas of Italy will be guided through a dedicated exit of Prague’s airport equipped with body temperature scanners.

INDIA As of March 3rd 2020 and effective immediately, the Indian authorities have suspended all visas issued on or before March 3rd, for Italian citizens who have not yet entered the Indian territory. Additionally, all foreign citizens who have stayed in Italy as of February 1st are banned from entering the country. The restriction does not apply to passengers in transit in Italian airports and continuing to India on a connecting flight.

MALDIVE As of March 7th 2020 the Maldivian authorities have ordered the entry ban for travelers from Italy, including passengers in transit at Italian airports.

MALTA Local authorities have ordered the suspension of all air traffic to and from Italy.

MOROCCO Local authorities have ordered the suspension of all air traffic to and from Italy.

ALBANIA Local authorities have ordered the suspension of all air traffic to and from Italy.

SPAIN Spanish Authorities have ordered a suspension of all air traffic to and from Italy starting from 11th march.

SERBIA Authorities of Serbia have ordered and entry ban on all passengers arriving from Italy.

JAPAN Japanese Authorities have ordered from 11th March a ban on entry for all non-Japanese passengers (Italian citizens included) arriving from or who were in transit in Lombardia, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Piemonte and Marche regions in the 14 days preceding their arrival in Japan.

AUSTRALIA Australian authorities have banned travelers who have stayed or transited in Italy in the previous 14 days from entering the country.

MONTENEGRO Montenegrin authorities ordered and entry ban on all passengers arriving from Italy.

PORTUGAL Portugal authorities have ordered a suspension of all air traffic to and from Italy.
