Conscious Cup Campaign

With effect from Monday 5th February, as part of the Conscious Cup Campaign, Café CoCo, South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght is incentivising all customers by offering a 10c discount when they bring their own reusable cup.

The central focus points of the conscious cup campaign are to encourage individuals to switch to reusable cups and to persuade coffee shops to accept the reusable cups and offer a reward to those customers, be it a monetary discount or extra loyalty points / stamps.

There are a number of cafes within the County who have engaged in the Conscious Cup Campaign, which is supported by the Eastern Midlands Regional Waste Management Office, and SDCC encourages all cafes to engage in this campaign. Reusable cups
