(1) Except when authority in writing has been received from the Board, no person other than the licensee or the wife or employee of a licensee shall be permitted to be in that portion of any hotel premises licensed for the sale of beer at any time during the periods from ten-thirty o’clock on Saturday night until ten o’clock on Monday morning and from ten-thirty o’clock at night until ten o’clock on the following morning and from six-forty-five o’clock until seven-thirty o’clock in the afternoon, on the other days of the week, nor at any time during any other period when the sale of beer is prohibited on such licensed premises. “(2) During such hours and on such days as persons other than the licensee or the wife or employee of a licensee are prohibited from being in that portion of any hotel premises licensed for the sale of beer, all shades or other obstructions on the windows of the beer room must so arranged as to permit the whole of the interior of the said room being visible from the exterior by a person standing on the ground level adjacent thereto.”; 5. By striking out section 48 and substituting therefor the following: “48. No person, including the licensee, his or her servant, em- ployee, agent or any member of such licensee’s family, shall consume beer and no person shall be permitted by the licensee or his employees to consume beer in that portion of any hotel premises licensed for the sale of beer during the prohibited periods mentioned in section 47 of the regulations.”; 6. By adding to subsection (1) of section 50 immediately after the words “to do so” the words I‘, except to the holder of a special banquet permit, when the quantity sold shall not exceed the amount stated on the permit,”. His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice of the Executive Council, has been pleased to order (pursuant to the provisions of section 3 (2) of The County Act, being chapter 15 of the Statutes of Alberta, 1950), that the resolution to form a County in the area be implemented and that the County shall be known as “The County of Newell No. 4”, and that the said County be and is hereby established by incorporating therein: All of the Municipal District of Newell No. 28. Part of the Municipal District of Bow Valley No. 40, so that on and after the first day of January, 1953, the County of Newell No. 4 shall be comprised of the following lands: 1865 . .. ... ... i I 5 THE ALBERTA GAZETTE. Further that the number of councillors to be elected shall be nine in number and that the electoral divisions shall be as follows: Division No. 1 All of townships 14 and 15 and the south half of township 16, in ranges 11 and 12. Those portions of sections 31, 32 and 34 in township 13 lying north of the Bow River; that portion of township 14 lying north of the Bow River; all of township 15 and the south half of township 16, all in range 13. That portion of township 14 lying north and east of the Bow River; all of township 15 and the south half of township 16, all in range 14.
