Received: 24.03.2020 Revised: 14.04.2020 Accepted: 22.05.2020 Abstract Our coaching system, as is common today, is as an alternative lopsided. It lays the most really useful core of attention on the acquisition of expertise even at eh value of skills, attitudes and values. Living as we do an ultra-modern way of life in present-day society, what we require is nothing short of a present-day model of education. Knowledge in itself has little charge until it is put to use. We desire today, amongst specific things, life abilities in a massive way on the other hand than have been memorization of information. Life skills are skills, strengths and knowledge that aid people face troubles of their day-to-day existence with a remarkable way of thinking and go about with their daily obligations effectively. Life skills education would region us on the dual carriageway to growth and development, in the process, enabling us to lead our lives as efficaciously and efficiently as possible. The phrase Life Skills has come to be popularly used in the context of rising fitness troubles for younger human beings in precise aspects of the world. In a continuously altering environment, having existence competencies is an essential area of being in a role to meet the challenges of daily life. The dramatic changes in the international financial device over the preceding 10 years have been matched with the transformation in technological information and these are all impacting education, the location of work and our home life. -

You Already Have Interpersonal Skills We've all been developing our interpersonal skills since childhood, usually subconsciously. Interpersonal skills often become so natural that we may take them for granted, never thinking about how we communicate with other people. If you have developed good habits, this is fine. However, it is of course also possible to develop bad habits, and then fail to understand why our communications or relationships are suffering. However, with a little time and effort you can develop both your awareness, and these skills. -

These skills are subsequently compared with one another, to draw out the most and least common elements and themes. Approximately one third of all students do not graduate after four years of high school, and nearly 40 percent of high school graduates feel inadequately prepared for college or the workplace. The consensus among parties and organizations involved in education is that the American school system is failing to adequately equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to society. Results from national assessments and international comparison exams, such as the National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), the Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS), and the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA), demonstrate that American high school students are struggling to achieve the skills necessary to participate in a global economy.1 Furthermore, changes to the economy, jobs, and businesses over the last several decades have reshaped workplaces and the nature of work. Robles1 Abstract Hard skills are the technical expertise and knowledge needed for a job. Soft skills are interpersonal qualities, also known as people skills, and personal attributes that one possesses. Business executives consider soft skills a very important attribute in job applicants. Employers want new employees to have strong soft skills, as well as hard skills. This study identified the top 10 soft skills as perceived the most important by business executives: integrity, communication, courtesy, responsibility, social skills, positive attitude, professionalism, flexibility, teamwork, and work ethic. They face many emerging issues such as global warming, famines, poverty, suicide, population explosion as well as other issues like alcoholism, drug abuse, sexual abuse, smoking, juvenile delinquency, anti-social acts, etc. that have an adverse effect on them and others too, to a large extent. The cut-throat competition, unemployment, lack of job security, etc. are some of the major concerns for the educated and as a result, they are caught in the mad race. This new challenge requires immediate and effective responses from a socially responsible system of education. ‘Education’ is important, but education to support and live life better is more important. It has been felt that life skills education bridges the gap between basic functioning and capabilities. It strengthens the ability of an individual to meet the needs and demands of the present society and helps in dealing with the above issues in a manner to get desired behavior practical. Imparting life skill training through inculcating life skill education will help youth to overcome such difficulties in life.
