COCKTAIL RECIPES

Some say, you can hear the ocean in a seashell. We say, you can feel summer in every bottle of MALIBU. MALIBU Caribbean Rum with coconut liqueur is perfect when the sun’s setting and the good times are flowing. Thanks to its smooth, fresh taste, that sun-kissed island feeling is only a sip away.
2 MALIBU TWISTED PINK MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 1 part (50ml) cranberry juice • 1 part (50ml) fresh grapefruit juice
Pour all the ingredients over ice cubes in a highball glass. Stir to mix and chill. Garnish with a twist and a wedge of grapefruit.
3 MALIBU SUN SPLASH MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 1 part (50ml) pressed pineapple juice • 1 part (50ml) pink grapefruit juice
Stir all the ingredients on rock ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a twist of grapefruit and a pineapple wedge.
4 MALIBU LICK OF SUNSHINE MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 2 parts (100ml) pressed pineapple juice • 1 whole pressed passion fruit
Stir MALIBU and pineapple on ice in a highball glass. Then squeeze the passion fruit into the glass and stir to mix. Garnish with half passion fruit and a wedge of pineapple.
5 MALIBU COCO-COOLER MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 2 parts (100ml) Cola • 1 dash Angostura Bitters • ½ fresh lime (chopped)
Muddle the fresh lime with the bitters and MALIBU in a highball glass. Thereafter fill with ice cubes and top with cola.
6 MALIBU ISLAND COSMO MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 1/3 part (15-20ml) ABSOLUT CITRON • 1/3 part (15-20ml) lime juice • ½ part (25ml) pomegranate juice
Shake ingredients on rock ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange and lemon zest.
7 MALIBU COCONUT CARGO MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 1 part (50ml) vanilla ice cream • Cacao powder
Shake without ice until fully emulsified and then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Dust with cacao.
8 MALIBU PINA COLADA MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 2 parts (100ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 1 part (50ml) coconut cream • 1 part (50ml) pineapple juice • Fresh pineapple wedges
Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add MALIBU and coconut cream. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Top off with pineapple juice. Garnish with fresh pineapple.
9 MALIBU SORBET BAY MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 1 part (50ml) coconut water • 75-100g fresh coconut
Blend 6-8 ice cubes in a blender until crushed. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
For a perfect twist add fresh fruit e.g. strawberries or mango.
10 MALIBU CRANBERRY LEMONADE MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 3/5 parts (30ml) cranberry juice • 1 ½ parts (70ml) lemon soda
Pour the ingredients in an ice-filled highball glass and stir. Garnish with lemon.
11 MALIBU SUN BERRIES MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 1 ½ parts (70ml) orange juice • 3 raspberries
Muddle the raspberries in a highball glass. Add the rest of the ingredients, ice and stir. Garnish with orange or raspberries.
12 MALIBU RAPPLE MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 1 1/5 parts (60ml) cloudy apple juice • 3 raspberries
Shake the ingredients and strain over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with green apple and raspberries.
13 MALIBU BELLINI MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 3/5 parts (30ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 3 raspberries • Sparkling wine / Champagne
Shake and double strain in a champagne glass and top off with bubbles. Garnish with lemon zest.
14 MALIBU TROPIC SWIZZLE MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 2 lemon wedges • 6 mint leaves • 3 1 cm watermelon cubes • Soda water
Swizzle all the ingredients over crushed ice in a highball glass, top off with soda water. Garnish with watermelon and mint.
15 MALIBU HERB & BERRY SWIZZLE MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 4/5 parts (40ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 1/5 parts (10ml) Havana Club Rum • 2/5 (20ml) lime juice • 3 strawberries • 4 basil leaves
Swizzle and serve on crushed ice in a highball glass. Garnish with strawberries and basil.
16 MALIBU PINE- BERRY MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 1 part (50ml) pineapple juice • 4/5 part (40ml) strawberry juice • 2-3 strawberries
Muddle the strawberries in a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with pineapple or strawberries.
17 MALIBU CRAN SOUR MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 4/5 parts (40ml) cranberry juice • 3/5 parts (30ml) lemon juice • 2/5 parts (20ml) simple syrup • Egg white
Dry shake (without ice) all the ingredients. Double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
18 MALIBU STONE SOUR MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 1 part (50ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 2/5 parts (20ml) orange juice • 2/5 parts (20ml) lemon juice • 1/5 parts (10ml) simple syrup • Egg white • 2 drops Angostura Bitter
Dry shake (without ice) and double strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with orange.
19 MALIBU PASSION FOR COLLINS MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 3/5 parts (30ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 2/5 parts (20ml) Plymouth Gin • 3/5 parts (30ml) lemon juice • 2/5 parts (20ml) simple syrup • 1 passion fruit • Soda water
Shake the ingredients and pour over cubed ice in a highball glass, top off with soda water. Garnish with lemon and passion fruit.
20 MALIBU EARL OF PARADISE PUNCH MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 3 parts (150ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 2 parts (100ml) apple juice • 4 (200ml) parts chilled Earl Grey tea • 1 (50ml) part fresh lime juice • ½ (25ml) part simple syrup • Fresh raspberries
Muddle the raspberries with simple syrup and then add the rest of the ingredients. Chill by stirring on ice. Garnish with mint and citrus wheels.
21 MALIBU HEAT PINEAPPLE PUNCH MALIBU ORIGINAL
Ingredients • 3 parts (150ml) MALIBU ORIGINAL • 4 parts (200ml) pineapple juice • 4 parts (200ml) boiling water • 1 part (50ml) fresh lime juice • ½ part (25ml) sugar syrup • Dash Angostura Bitters • Sliced lemons and oranges Add the spice mix to the boiling water in a pan. Heat for 5 mins and then add the rest of the ingredients. Heat further until hot but not boiling and then serve in insulated punch glasses and dust with nutmeg.
