Schon ein Jahr später in 2005 ging ich zu ersten Trainingseinheiten. 2008 wechselte ich Eine Woche später errang ich ebenfalls in China Platz 5 innerhalb Berlins den Verein, wodurch ich das Training bei der U21 Weltmeisterschaft. mit Heiko Mutz aufnehmen konnte. Mit Stolz blicken wir auf zehn gemeinsame Trainingsjahre zurück. Im Hinblick auf die Snooker Main Tour setzen wir die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit fort. Ab 2010/2011 nahm ich an Turnieren auch außerhalb Berlins teil. Bundestrainer Thomas Hein betitelte damals ein Gespräch mit mir mit der Zeile “Simon The Sorcerer im Interview“. Im Jahr 2012 war ich erstmalig bei der U21 Europameis- terschaft dabei und erreichte die Runde der letzten 48. Nur einen Monat später wurde ich fünfzehnjährig Vize-Meister auf der Deutschen Meisterschaft U21 und Deutscher Meister U16.
