The aim of Panchakarma is to maintain the health and elimination of the vitiated doshas from the body. Panchakarma is performed in various diseases and specifically in ritu. False assessment of Panchakarma procedure may lead to Vyapat. Inaccurate assessment of rogibala, ritu, kala, , kostha, dravya matra may cause the complication during or after the Panchakarma procedure. Vyapat are caused either due to Atiyoga or Ayoga of the Panchakarma.
