Employee Profile - Heather Hurst Summer Intern

Chances are if you've had your website designed and built by EZSolution, Canvassing you've met Heather Hurst or at least have spoken to her on the phone. Heather began her career with EZSolution in the summer of 2000 as our first, full-time web developer. Recently, Heather has accepted a promotion to Customer Service Manager, a new position in the company that combines many of the responsibilities of web development with new chal- lenges to make customer service at EZSolution truly outstanding.

In her new customer service management role, Heather will continue to work with clients as she has in the past, taking care of website updates and answering questions. She will also help with client training on our photo gallery and shopping cart applications.

What prompted the new position? EZSolution has grown by leaps and bounds over the past few years and now supports 30 employees, 4 departments and over 500 clients.
