Facilities

The Logistics Department’s comprehensive range of warehousing and transportation solutions adds a high value to the company’s services. Managing the movement of people, materials, and equipment at the construction site, it closely monitors the following sections: Garage, Transportation, Assets, and Waste Disposal; Lifting, Equipment, Yard, and Tower Cranes; and Scaffolding.

In the construction industry, on-site work flow is critical to the bottom line. Consequently, the Logistics Department provides services that allow Buhaleeba Contracting Projects to focus on its core competency, without the worry of handling materials and machines logistics. Madinat Jumeirah Resort is an authentic recreation of ancient Arabia capturing the natural beauty of the region. The Mina A’Salam Five-Star Hotel is located at Al Safouh, which is part of Madinat Jumeirah Resort, one of our other prestigious projects at the heart of the Dubai seacoast adjacent to Burj Al Arab. The facilities are interconnected by three kilometres of waterways and landscape gardens. The features of Madinat Jumeirah, operated by Jumeirah International, consist of restaurants, conference, and banqueting facilities. 25 As the main contractor for Mina A’Salam Hotel, we have completed the project within the stipulated time frame required by the client. Interior designs were completed in coordination with our subcontractors, without any fit-out subcontractor, all external finishes were done using pigmented plaster and coloured glass-fibre reinforced concrete (G.R.C) feature.

MADINAT JUMEIRAH SOUQ PHASE 3

The Madinat Jumeirah Souq is the traditional Middle Eastern shopping centre with stalls 27 and restaurants.
