If cardholders have acted in a fraudulent or abusive way, Nanyang Commercial Bank, Limited (refers to the "Bank") reserves the right of disqualifying the cardholders to participate in this promotion and retains the right to claim against the cardholders. 5. The Bank, UnionPay International Company Limited (refers to “UnionPay International”), SHK Real and Participating Malls are not the providers of the products and services purchased , thus the Bank, UnionPay International, SHKP Real and Participating Malls are not responsible for the products and services provided by the merchants. 6. The Bank, UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls reserve the right to amend or terminate the offers and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and shall not bear any responsibility caused by the amendments or the terminations. 7. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank, SHK Real and Participating Malls shall be final. 8. NCB ATM Card is subject to the relevant terms. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese version and the English version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall apply and prevail. Terms and Conditions of Privilege 1 1. Cardholders are entitled to receive the following rewards at Participating Malls during the Promotion Period: Reward 1: Receive HK$50 SHKP Mall Gift Certificate (refers to “Gift 1”) upon spending of HK$1,500 (a maximum of 2 on-day sales slips from different merchants in the same participating mall with transaction amount no less than HK$100 each with the same NCB ATM Card can be accumulated) with NCB ATM Card; Reward 2: Receive HK$200 SHKP Mall Gift Certificate (refers to “Gift 2”) upon spending of HK$5,500 (a maximum of 3 on-day sales slips from different merchants in the same participating mall with transaction amount no less than HK$100 each with the same NCB ATM Card can be accumulated) with NCB ATM Card; 2. Each qualified transaction is eligible to be used for redemption once only and cannot be re- used in other promotions (except points registration of The Point by SHKP Integrated Page 1 of 7 Loyalty Programme). Sales slips and sales invoices used for redemption of Reward 1 cannot be used to redeem Reward 2 and vice versa. 3. Each Cardholder is entitled to redeem Reward 1and Reward 2 once only in each Participating Mall each day. Redemption with different NCB ATM Cards from the same Cardholder on the same day will not be accepted. 4. Split transactions will not be accepted. 5. Eligible amount is calculated in terms of each set of NCB ATM Card card number and will only include the actual spending amount (only include the net payment amount after deduction of discount, privileged coupons or cash coupons). The transaction amount by different NCB ATM Cards under the same Cardholder will be calculated separately. 6. Gifts are available on a first-come-first-served basis while stocks last. Merchant offers are only applicable at designated merchant outlets in Participating Malls. 2. To entitle the merchant offers, Cardholders must present the NCB ATM Card before transaction and pay via UnionPay network. 3. Merchant offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, members’ privileges, discounts, promotional coupons, special-priced or fixed-priced items unless specified. 4. Each Cardholder is entitled to enjoy the merchant offer or redeem the gift once only in each transaction unless specified. 5. Merchant offers carry no cash value and cannot be replaced, transferred nor exchanged for cash, other commodities or offers. 6. Merchant offers or gifts are only available while stocks last. Participating merchants reserve the right to replace the gift item with other gifts with same value. 7. The Bank, UnionPay International, SHK Real and Participating Malls will not take any responsibility for any loss caused by merchants’ refusal of providing offers. SHKP Malls participating in Redemption Programme include Kwun Tong apm, Tseung Kwan O East Point City, North Point Harbour North, Kwai Fong Metroplaza, Mongkok MOKO, Sha Tin New Town Plaza, Tai Po Mega Mall, Tsuen Wan Plaza, Tuen Mun V city, Nam Cheong V Walk, Causeway Bay WTC and Yuen Long YOHO MALL (refers to “Designated SHKP Malls”). 3. Cardholders are eligible to redeem complimentary HK$150 YATA/Mannings Gift Certificate (refers to “Certificate”) upon spending of HK$3,000 (a maximum of 4 and a minimum of 2 sales slips from a single designated destination with the same NCB ATM Card. The eligible transaction amount is based on the preset exchange rate) in a single currency in Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore or Taiwan Region (refers to “Travel Spending”) from 1 December 2019 to 31 January 2020 (refers to “Travel Spending Period”) plus single spending of HK$200 (refers to “Local Spending”) at Designated SHKP Malls from 1 January to 29 February 2020 (refers to “Local Spending Period” or “Redemption Period”) with the same NCB ATM Card. 4. Each Cardholder is eligible to participate in Redemption Programme 4 times with the same NCB ATM Card in each Designated SHKP Mall throughout the whole Redemption Period. Each sales slip can only be used once for certificate redemption regardless of its amount. Sales slips and merchant sales invoices used in Redemption Programme cannot be re- used in Privilege 1, other promotions (except points registration of The Point by SHKP Integrated Loyalty Programme) or promotions in other SHKP Malls and vice versa. Cardholder must present the original copies of valid UnionPay travel and local spending sales slips, machine-printed local merchant sales invoice and the corresponding NCB ATM Card during Redemption Period for redemption. The transaction date on travel spending sales slip and local spending sales slip must be dated within Travel Spending Period and Local Spending Period respectively. The transaction date of local spending must be the same as the redemption date. Expired sales slips will not be accepted. 7. The total travel spending amount is calculated based on individual NCB ATM Card card number.
