Football season is right around the corner, and we are looking forward to seeing you on game days! In order to make reservations for the USC Associates pre‐game picnics, your Law Leadership Society membership must be current. Please call Lorri Grubaugh at (213) 821‐3565 with questions. Football and Picnic Schedule See the next pages for the home and away football game and picnic schedules. Home game picnics take place in Founders Park and start three hours before kick‐off, with the exception of the USC vs. Cal picnic, which will be held in Exposition Park (north of the Rose Garden on Exposition Blvd). Cost per Person  $72.00 per person with hosted bar (3 drinks included)  $62.00 per person without alcohol  $38.00 for children 4-12 (children 3 and under are free) Purchasing Home Game Picnics To purchase individual picnics, please call Development and Graduate Relations at (213) 821‐3560 by 12 p.m. the Wednesday prior to each game. Exceptions include the Cal game deadline, which is Monday, November 10th, and the Notre Dame game deadline, which is Wednesday, November 19th. Reserve early as picnics do sell out. Please be prepared to provide the names of all guests. The Development and Graduate Relations office staff will make your reservation for you, and you will be asked to reimburse the law school via check made payable to USC and mailed to: USC Gould School of Law (Attn: Deanne Grimes) 1149 S. Purchasing Away Game Picnics The USC Associates Office is organizing three away game picnics (see page 3 and 5). Please call to reserve your place as soon as possible – space is limited. Refunds Refunds for cancelled home picnic reservations are accepted until 5:00 p.m. the Tuesday before each picnic. The Cal deadline is Friday, Nov. 7 and Notre Dame is Wednesday, Nov. 19. Cancellations received after this time will not be refunded. Refunds are not accepted for away game picnics. Parking Trojan Transportation expects every parking lot to be completely full two hours prior to each game. Please plan to arrive at least three hours before kick‐off. Parking is $25 for all USC lots. Football Game Tickets Unfortunately, the School of law is unable to accommodate football game ticket requests.
