Oversized bags, backpacks or purses larger than 8.5" x 11" (One sheet of paper) Video recorders/camcorders Outside food and drink Any item which may be interpreted as a potential weapon, including those carried with a permit (knives, guns, personal protection sprays, etc.) Coolers or any hard side item of any size Umbrellas Artificial noisemakers Strollers Chair backs larger than 16" Cameras with telephoto lenses larger than 6" Flags/Banners on poles Pets Illegal drugs Any object or clothing bearing political statements Any other item that in the judgment of game management staff poses a safety hazard or detracts from the ability of others to enjoy the event. Law enforcement officials have the right to inspect any item at any time for the purpose of spectator safety. Prohibited items must be returned to cars or disposed of before entering the stadium. There are no provisions to check items at any gate. All gates open 1 ½ hours prior to start of the event. Aisle/Section Entry Ticket stubs should be available throughout the game to assist in seat verification and entry into each aisle or section. Aisle Traffic Spectators are urged to arrive at their seats well in advance of starting time. Excessive movement on the part of spectators during the game is a common complaint to game administration officials. Artificial Noisemakers - are not allowed. www.JSUGamecockSports.com JACKSONVILLE STATE UNIVERSITY Alcohol Policy No alcoholic beverages may be brought into the Stadium. Any ticket holder apprehended in the stadi- um with an intoxicant will be subject to ejection without refund. Animals Only Service animals be allowed to enter. ATM Is located outside of the TMB Student Union Bldg. Baby Changing Stations All restrooms in the stadium are equipped with diaper-changing stations. Bags and Backpacks For the safety and enjoyment of all fans attending the game, large bags or backpacks over 14 in. x 14 in. x 10 in. are not permitted in the stadium. All persons, bags, and purses are subject to inspection. Individuals that refuse to have a bag inspected will not be allowed to enter the stadium. Banners/Signs Signs, banners, pictures, etc., that are offensive to individuals and teams, which are not in good taste, and that block the view of spectators or create a safety hazard will not be allowed. The hanging or dis- playing of signs on the stadium walls, bleacher areas, ramps, or on an area of proximity to the stadi- um is prohibited Cameras All still cameras are allowed in the stadium. However, cameras with detachable lenses 6” or longer are not allowed. Concessions There are numerous concession stands located throughout the stadium for fans. Emergency Contact For emergencies before gates open please dial 911. For emergencies after gates open, please call 256-782-6000. After gates open, there are ambulances and emergency personal ready to assist with any emergencies or contact the nearest usher, law enforcement officer, or go to the nearest First Aid Station. Emergency/Evacuation Procedures In case of an emergency, the public address announcer will notify fans of developing situations, in- cluding inclement weather, fire, power failure, and game delays. These announcements are made to let fans make informed decisions, and to provide specific instructions about what to do, should an emergency occur. www.JSUGamecockSports.com JACKSONVILLE STATE UNIVERSITY Fan Security Event service personnel are authorized to conduct an inspection of patrons entering the stadium. Ushers inside the stadium offer seating assistance and general information regarding the stadium. Uniformed police officers are available throughout the stadium. Field/Court Access Only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field/court before, during, and after a game. Violators will be subject to prosecution. First Aid/ Medical Assistance First aid station at Burgess-Snow field is located at Gate E, all other venues behind the home bench. Food and Beverage Food and drinks are prohibited from being brought into the stadium. Gates Open Stadium gates open 1 ½ hours prior to start of each home game. Seating/Assistance for the Disabled Football - General Admission area located under the video scoreboard. Basketball - Upper level. Lost and Found - Items should be given to a JSU Ambassador at football who will turn the item into the 6th floor Press Box. All other venues to the scorer table. Lost persons - Stadium Towers to the first floor lobby all other venues Police Officer Merchandise Authentic Jacksonville State merchandise may be purchased throughout the stadium, and at the cam- pus bookstore. Pass Out Policy No Pass Outs are allowed. Fans leaving must purchase a new ticket to re-enter. Player Guest Gate Football - The Jacksonville State player family gate is located at Ticket Plaza A. The visitor player parent gate is located at Gate C. All other venues at the main entrance. Postgame Procedure NCAA regulations require that the playing field/court be cleared and remain secured immediately follow- ing the completion of all games. Programs Football - Official souvenir game programs are sold inside the gates when entering the stadium. We want to create a home-field advantage but we want to do so in a respectful manner that makes us all proud to be a JSU Gamecock. In order to insure that everyone has a pleasant experience, it is up to each patron to act responsibly and to be considerate of those around them. Patrons should notify a member of the game manage- ment staff if someone is not complying with this policy, as we cannot help you if we do not know the behavior is taking place. Game management staff will give offending patrons a warning, with repeat- ed behavior resulting in ejection or arrest. Event staff reserves the right to deem an act or behavior to be inappropriate based on available information and to take whatever action necessary.
