SERVICES • Distributors with the highest growth 10%+ YoY over 4 Quarters in FY21 • A total of 6 seats will be available in total - Seats will be allocated via 3 country groups (see country grouping below): • 3 seats for Large • 2 seats for Medium • 1 seat for Small • The highest growth over last year (FY20) will win a seat

PRODUCTS AND RECURRING SOFTWARE • Targets are on 2T Bookings stages 1 to 5 and for the selected Product family list • A total of 92 seats will be available across all country groups • Distributors with biggest overachievement will be eligible for a seat up to the maximum allocated to their country (see initial seat allocation, below) • Spare or additional seats in country may be allocated IF: • the country has achieved their country target, we allocate to the same country, among Distributors that have overachieved their target • the country hasn't achieved their country target, seats go to a "pool" and will be re- distributed amongst over-achieving countries • Additional seats will be allocated in order of priority and over achievement of target by: • 1. Distis with no seats • 2. MARKETING

• For marketing, there are 6 places available in FY21. The seats will be awarded at the end of Cisco Q4. • Seats will be allocated via three country groups: • 2 seats for large • 2 seats for medium • 2 seats for small

• To win a seat you’ll need to be on position 1 or 2 of the marketing leaderboard in your respective country cluster (small, medium or large) at the end of Cisco Q4. The Country Sales target is no longer a qualifying criteria for Country Marketing teams to win a DCC place. • You can earn points every quarter by participating in the marketing challenges that have been set for each quarter. The total number of points you gain at the end of Cisco Q4 determines your final position on the marketing leaderboard.

For Q1 your marketing challenges are:

Challenge Points Attend the 50 points per Distributor per country if at least 1 Marketing Velocity IDEA training session on person attends the IDEA session or listens to the 13 October 2020 at 1pm GMT recording.

You will see a special code in the session that you will need to send as part of your proof of performance using the provided template.

Maximum of 50 points can be earned per Distributor per country. Download the Q1 campaign content - Game 50 points per Distributor per country. On Campaign, Rocktober and/or the Small Business Plays Campaign from Marketing Downloads will be tracked by Cisco. Velocity Central Maximum of 50 points can be earned per Distributor per country. Attend the Radius Digital IDEA training 50 points per Distributor per country if at least 1 session on 14 October 2020 at 9am GMT person attends the IDEA session or listens to the recording.

Maximum of 50 points can be earned per Distributor per country. Complete 1 Marketing Velocity Learning 50 points per Distributor per country if at least 1 course: Developing a Successful Digital person finishes the Marketing Velocity Learning Marketing Campaign course by 23 January 2021. (You have until Q2 to complete this challenge if needed)

You will need to send a screen shot of the certificate you’ll receive at the end of the training as part of your proof of performance using the provided template.

Challenge Points Radius Digital – enrol small business focussed 50 points for the first partner enrolled per partners on the Radius Digital Program to Distributor per country and additional 10 points support your partners to drive end user for every other partner enrolled per Distributor demand for the Cisco Designed portfolio and per country. the DCC focus SKUs Enrolled means that the recorded webinar is live, and the social media campaign is finished or running.

Number of enrolled partners will be tracked by Cisco. Run a DCC marketing campaign to support your 100 points for you campaign submission per sales team in driving demand for the Cisco Distributor per country. Designed portfolio and the DCC focus SKUs You will need to provide screen shots and metrics as part of your proof of performance using the provided template.

Maximum of 100 points can be earned per Distributor per country. Organize sales call out days to support your 50 points per call out day executed per sales team in driving demand for the Cisco Distributor per country. Designed portfolio and the DCC focus SKUs Small countries- minimum of 10 partners reached per call out day Medium countries - minimum of 20 partners reached per call out day Large countries - minimum of 30 partners reached per call out day

You will need to provide metrics as part of your proof of performance using the provided template. Complete 2 Marketing Velocity Learning 50 points per Distributor per country if at least 1 courses: Building an Integrated Sales and person finishes 1 Marketing Velocity Learning Marketing Approach and Building a Social course by 23 January 2021 and 100 points per Selling Practice Distributor per country if at least 1 person finishes both Marketing Velocity Learning course by 23 January 2021

The number of enrolled partners will be tracked by Cisco. Or

Q2 Enrolled Partners – Complete the follow up Completion rates will be measured per partner, per country and points process. Each distributor should encourage their awarded as follows Radius Partners to complete the follow up contact process for their webinar attendees, where they 51-75% Completion rate = 15 points per partner will be awarded bonus points accordingly 75-100% Completion rate = 25 points per partner

Complete the Marketing Velocity Learning course: 55 points per Distributor per country if at least 1 person who finishes the SEO: The Fundementals. Marketing Velocity Learning course by 4th May 2021
