Notice of Proposed Material Alterations to the Draft Meath County Development Plan 2013 - 2019 Planning & Development Acts 2000 - 2011 Planning & Development Regulations 2001 – 2012 Planning & Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations, 2004 - 2011 NOTICE OF PROPOSED MATERIAL ALTERATIONS TO THE DRAFT MEATH COUNTY DEVELOPMENT PLAN 2013 - 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Members of Meath County Council, having considered the Draft Meath County Development Plan 2013 – 2019 and the Manager’s Report in respect of submissions received, have resolved in accordance to Section 12 (7) of the Planning and Development Acts 2000 – 2011, that the Draft Development Plan be amended. The proposed amendments constitute a material alteration to the Draft Meath County Development Plan 2013 - 2019. In accordance with SEA Directive (2001/42/EC) and the Planning & Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations, 2004 – 2011, an Environmental Report was prepared to accompany the Draft Meath County Development Plan 2013 – 2019 and an Appropriate Assessment, pursuant to Article 6 of the Habitats Directive 92/43/EEC. The likely significant effects on the environment of implementing the proposed material alterations have been assessed. A copy of the proposed Material Alterations to the Draft Meath County Development Plan 2013 – 2019, the determination in accordance with Section 12 (7) (aa) and the information on the likely significant effects on the environment of implementing the proposed Material Alterations will be available for public inspection from Friday, 12 th October to Thursday, 8th November, 2012 at the following locations during normal opening hours: • Planning Department, Abbey Mall, Abbey Road, Navan, Co.
