Attachment L identifies the historic and archaeological properties located in the vicinity of the project area. Attachment M addresses the proper management of the Cultural Resources that may be encountered during implementation of the Congaree River Project. The original Plans (developed for the full-scale removal) have been updated to reflect the Stakeholder-Developed Modified Removal Action (MRA) activities. The Department’s written approval/concurrence of these Attachments is an important component of the permit application submittal to the USACE.
