RTR (RADIOTOWERS of RUSSIA) Country: Russia Parent company: Federal State-Owned Enterprise Russian Television and Radio Broadcasting Network Website: http://rtrs.ru/press_center/towers/ Further details: [email protected] The RTR diploma established by the Television and Radio Broadcasting Network (RTRN) is issued for carrying out QSO/SWL with radio stations in the large square of the QTH-locator with one of the RTRN radio towers/masts located within, as well as with RTRN collective radio stations or radio stations of the amateurs employed in the RTRN. This diploma is issued to all operators and listeners for carrying out QSO/SWL within any amateur bands and with any modes of communication. Repeated QSO/SWL within the same band and with the same mode will not be counted. QSO/SWL are counted from 13 August 2001 (the date of RTRN establishment). One needs to score 100 points to get a diploma. The points for QSO/SWL are scored as follows: 1) 2 points for radio stations working from the corresponding large square of the QTH locator; 2) 3 points for RTRN collective radio stations and radio stations of the amateurs employed in the RTRN; 3) 5 points for RTRN anniversary radio stations. The anniversary diplomas are issued for fulfilment of conditions of the basic diploma within the period from 1 to 31 August and at least one QSO/SWL carried out with an RTRN anniversary radio station. The basic and anniversary diplomas may be obtained in arbitrary order. The application for diploma is to be prepared as per the prescribed form (specifying QTH-locator) based on QSL-cards obtained in confirmation of carried out QSO/SWL. -

Нижний Новгород, Россия ОЦЕНКА ГРАЖДАНАМИ УРОВНЯ ДОВЕРИЯ ПОЛИЦИИ И ЗАЩИЩЕННОСТИ ОТ ПРЕСТУПНЫХ ПОСЯГАТЕЛЬСТВ Цель: определение на основе социологического исследования уровня доверия сотрудникам полиции у населения Нижегородского региона и выявление субъективной оценки гражданами степени своей защищенности от преступ- ных посягательств. Методы: общенаучные (анализ, системно-структурный подход к анализу объекта исследования, сравнительно-право- вой), а также логические методы и частнонаучный (опросный метод – анкетирование жителей Нижегородской области). Результаты: выявлены и классифицированы характеристики процесса реального взаимодействия граждан и по- лиции, определены отношение к сотрудникам полиции и уровень доверия к ним и отдельным направлениям их ра- боты у различных категорий населения; осуществлена типология групп населения в зависимости от представлений о работе полиции.
