NEW HAMPSHIRE MUSIC FESTIVAL PRESENTS TWO SERIES THIS SUMMER

The Tuesday series includes five concerts at the Silver Center for the Arts in Plymouth, and a new series in Wolfeboro on Mondays features three concerts at Brewster Academy

PLYMOUTH, NH, MAY 27, 2016 – The New Hampshire Music Festival (NHMF) will present two chamber music series during its 2016 summer season, which runs from July 5 through August 4. The Tuesday concert series at the Silver Center for the Arts in Plymouth will be held on July 5, 12, 19, 26 and August 2. The new Monday concert series in Anderson Hall at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro will be held on July 11, 25 and August 1. All concerts start at 7:30 PM. Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for children and students.

“Our intimate chamber music concerts featuring NHMF musicians have always been a popular and engaging part of our Festival. We’re excited to present a new series of concerts in Wolfeboro this season. These concerts, part of a larger initiative to present music across the state, allow our fantastic musicians to share their talents with the southern Lakes Region community,” said Deborah Kosits, NHMF’s executive director.

The new NHMF Wolfeboro Chamber Music Series is made possible with the support of the Lincoln Financial Foundation. Lincoln Financial Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Lincoln Financial Group, believes in empowering people to live greater lives, which advances culture and empowers greater positive change. Its grant is part of Lincoln Financial’s annual $10 million investment in its local communities’ youth education, economic and workforce development, human well‐being and arts programs.
