Based on the overarching idea of “helping one hundred private Chinese enterprises join the ranks of the Fortune 500,” the aigo Entrepreneurs Alliance was founded by Feng Jun, Chairman of aigo Digital Technology, in cooperation with a consortium of influential entrepreneurs that are leaders in their respective fields.
The aigo Entrepreneurs Alliance aims to promote leading Chinese brands from China’s rapidly growing private sector. AEA is driven by the goal of helping more private Chinese businesses become truly global enterprises and contributing corporate citizens worldwide.

From September 3-5 2011, 200 entrepreneurs of AEA visited China’s leading juice and beverage producer, Beijing Huiyuan Juice Group. The visit was opened by Mr. Feng Jun and Mr. Zhu Xinli, Chairmen for aigo and Huiyuan respectively. Mr. Zhu shared his first-hand experiences with Huiyuan and how he built the company into the leading privately-owned juice producer it is today.

On October 29, 2011, AEA organized a group of over 300 entrepreneurs to visit Gree Electric Appliances in Zhuhai, China’s leading brand for air conditioning appliances. Gree’s 2011 annual revenue exceeded RMB 80Bn ($12.7Bn). The visit attracted several major media outlets (CCTV, Phoenix, Sina, etc.) to cover the event. Representatives from Belgium, Denmark, the UK and the Netherlands were also present to educate AEA members on their respective country’s business environments and opportunities, as well as express their strong support for Chinese enterprises’ overseas investments.

From March 22-25, 2012, AEA traveled to Belgium once again to further study trade policies, as well as local consumption patterns and the investment environment. AEA was received by Belgian Deputy Prime Minister, Steven Vanackere, in addition to leaders from Antwerp, Brussels and Flanders. Belgium introduced favorable tax policies for the group of entrepreneurs and provided overviews of European product certification processes as well as other accounting, warehousing, logistics and personnel housing considerations for Chinese companies.

From September 13 to 21, AEA has hosted over 30 excellent Chinese enterprisers and over 10 media having a filed investigation in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and received warm welcome and strong support from all parties. The voting ceremony happened on 21 Sep and Malaysia has got the winner, followed by Indonesia and Thailand. Therefore Malaysia will be the first choice of landing country in ASEAN for Chinese enterprises.

From September 24 to October 07, AEA has started USA exploration. Due to large market in USA and different economy situation in each area, AEA has marched into the most distinguished five cities, i.e. political center - Washington, Manufacturing Center – Chicago, Financial Center – New York, Cultural Centre – Los Angeles and Chinese Center – San Francisco.
Next, AEA will host a voting and landing delegation going to USA to establish AEA’s Overseas Brand Accelerator as soon as possible and hence help more great Chinese companies go global.
