The trail here meanders through a unique and otherworldly karst landscape of dramatic rock formations and wide fissures into which surface streams disappear. Towards late afternoon we reach the spectacularly situated Goriz Refuge, our home for the next two nights, and we can relax, soak up the sunset and enjoy a tasty Spanish dinner.
