MANDATORY REFERRAL

1. CUY East Flats Bulkhead: Presentation of bulkhead construction along the in accordance with Codified Ordinance Sec. 573.13 regulating Harbors. This bulkhead replacement between Main Avenue and the NS Railroad lift bridge is being managed by the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority to support construc- tion of a new public boardwalk as part of the Flats East Bank development.

Johnson): Authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to issue a permit to Crown Castle NG East Inc. to encroach into the public right-of- way with 24 nodes (distributed antenna systems) to be attached to Cleveland Public Power utility poles and City of Cleveland traffic signal poles (by separate permission of the poles’ owners) along with 24 ground cabinets.

4. Ordinance No. 895-12(Ward 12/Councilmember Brancatelli): To appropriate property for the public purpose of improving the intersection of Ackley Road and Broadway Avenue at Union Avenue. (Ordinance needs Amend- ing.)

5. Ordinance No. 896-12(Ward 4/Councilmember K. Johnson & Ward 6/Councilmember Mitchell): Giving consent of the City of Cleveland to the Ohio Department of Transportation to replace the Buckeye Road (State Route 87) Bridge over Regional Transit Authority railroad located at the intersection of Woodhill Road and Shaker Boulevard; and authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to enter into any relative agreements.

6. Ordinance No. 898-12(Ward 3/Councilmember Cimperman): Giving consent of the City of Cleveland to the State of Ohio for the construction of the new eastbound Innerbelt bridge; authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to enter into any relative agreements.

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL

1. Ordinance No. 889-12(Ward 5/Councilmember Cleveland): Determining the method of making the public im- provement of constructing the East 75th Street Pump Station Project, including installing a force main on East 75th Street; authorizing the Director of Public Utilities to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement; and authorizing the Director to employ one or more professional consultants to design the improvement.

2. Ordinance No. 897-12(Wards 1, 3, & 14/Councilmembers Pruitt, Cimperman, and Cummins): Giving consent of the City of Cleveland to the Ohio Department of Transportation to upgrade traffic signals at the intersections of Ontario Street and Huron Avenue, West 25th Street and Clark Avenue, and Miles Road and Lee Road; and au- thorizing the Director of Capital Projects to enter into any relative agreements.

3. Ordinance No. 908-12(Wards 15, 14, & 3/Councilmembers Zone, Cummins, and Cimperman): Determining the method of making the public improvement of constructing the Denison Avenue underground ductbank and re- surfacing; authorizing the Director of Capital Projects to enter into one or more public improvement contracts for the making of the improvement; authorizing the Director to employ one or more professional consultants to de- sign the improvement; authorizing the Commissioner of Purchases and Supplies to acquire for right-of-way pur- poses real property; authorizing the Director to enter into any agreements relative thereto; authorizing the Di- rector to accept cash contributions and to enter into agreements; authorizing the Director to enter into a Local Public Agency agreement with Cuyahoga County; giving consent to the County for resurfacing a portion of the area within the improvement; and to apply for and accept an allocation of County Motor Vehicle License Tax Funds for the County portion of the improvement.

4.
