Travel Grant In 2009, the ITF will pay a contribution of 80% of each competing nation’s team’s restricted economy airfare (price as shown on the ticket) for up to four (4) players and a team captain from the competing nation’s capital city to Perth

“Restricted” means an excursion-type fare where there is a minimum stay requirement, eg, 5 days; and/or includes a Saturday night; and/or cannot be changed without penalty. • The teams will compete on a Round-robin Basis. • The Round Robin will be played Wednesday through Friday • Eight (8) teams are currently scheduled to compete in two (2) pools of four (4) • The winners of each pool will play against each other to determine which one (1) team will be promoted to the World Group II Play-Offs in April 2009. • The nations in fourth place will play-off to determine which one (1) nation will be relegated to Group II in 2010. • The nations in second place in each pool will play off to determine positions 3 and 4. • The nations in second and third place in each pool will play off to determine positions 3 and 4.

• The teams will compete on a Round-robin Basis. • The Round Robin will be played Tuesday through Saturday • The teams will compete in one pool of five teams with the winning team being promoted to Group I in 2010. • The remaining nations will stay in Group II in 2010

It is responsibility of every participating nation to check if they require a VISA to travel to the hosting country as well as to ensure that all the members of the teams have all the required vaccination to access that country.
